Elia faultlessly produced a delicious 4 course dinner for 12 people with various dietary requirements and answered all request with a smile. Could not recommend her more.

I’m a Laundrapp customer for more than 3 years. I’m very happy wit the great service; super friendly staff always pick up and deliver laundry on time and go above and beyond to help.
I mostly use it for bedding and bulky items but have tried it for clothing a few times - everything has come back faultlessly cleaned and nicely folded.
Cudos to the team for keeping the service running in these trying times as well!
The app can be a bit jumpy at times, but generally works well and I haven’t encountered an issue that a restart or reinstall couldn’t solve.

I ordered items in excess of £200 from Hobbs' website. The goods were never delivered. I contacted customer services multiple times. Spoke to various CS agents, none of which could resolve the issue. Asked to speak to a manager who was not available.
One dress was for a particular event - which has now passed.
I will have to ask my credit card company to reclaim to money i paid for good I didn't received and hope for the best.

Needed a bag for a trip urgently, saw The North Face Rolling Thunder on exploreoutdoors at unbeatable price. Emailed the team asking how fast they can deliver the bag to London. Answer came promptly and promised delivery within 2 days if ordered before midday which I did. I received the bag the next day.
Extremely happy with the product and level of service. Would recommend any time.
