Paid for p&p but my order arrived in multiple packages. One item was broken and another had a lipstick stain, so clearly used before. No replacements offered — I had to reorder at full price without the 20% discount. They refunded postage, which is the only reason this is 2 stars and not 1.

Great initiative it just needs to adjust few things to be top! One being better response time to questions being asked!
