From the moment we went into our local store up to the delivery we are 100% satisfied, the salespeople in the shop are laid back and helpful and not in your face all the time, the online tracking is great as it keeps you updated and we even got a texts on the delivery date counting down to the delivery with the last one saying 'we will be with you in 5 minutes'. The delivery guys were very helpful and set up the sofa without a fuss. Quality is first class, very happy overall with Sofaworks and would recommend on our experience! I have seen a few reviews which slate the call centre and after service, hopefully we won't need to use this facility and if it is the case it's a shame as they really have got the whole experience right.
