Great Mattress
Great Mattress - Terrible Service
Placed an order for delivery on November 20th, only to find out on the 19th (because I checked, not because they thought to inform me) that they would only be delivering the mattress, and not the rest of the bed! When they did deliver the mattress, the box was torn open, and missing the care booklet and the tool for unwrapping the bed, and no-one cared! I now have to wait until Mid-January until I can have the rest of my bed, and again, I only found this out because I chased them!

Even B&M can number the pieces!
Furniture seems sound and sturdy, although we haven't been able to use it properly due to lock down
We ordered several pieces of furniture, and the instructions with all of them could be described as vague at best. A simple number on each piece and on the diagram would have turned a 5 hour job into a 2 hour job!

Great Service-Shame about the flavours!
Service was great, delivered when they said they would, missing items were sorted straight away and with no fuss. Unfortunately the flavours in some of the ready meals and chicken pieces leave a lot to be desired, and resulted in our dog having quite a few treat meals!

Great...if you only want half your order
Ordered 2 items, one arrived 2 days later and the other...who knows where it is? The cheaper of the 2 items was sent recorded delivery the other item, twice the price, no tracking at all. Trying to get a refund is ridiculous, can't even get a reply to my email!

I understand your concern. I can see the item has already been dispatched on 15/04/17. Usually it takes around 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch for the order to be delivered, however we ask the customer to wait upto 14 days for successful delivery.

Original....and best
Never had a problem when dealing with the Original Copy Centre, always really speedy with their replies to all my emails, which is just what I need. They advise if the designs I have sent over would be best done a different way or on different papers. Prices are excellent, delivery is always when they say it will be, if not sooner and goods are packaged really well to make sure it arrives in mint condition. wouldn't go anywhere else.
