Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am terribly sorry to hear that you experienced a delay by Royal Mail in the delivery of your sample to our lab partner.

Unfortunately, due to covid-related Royal Mail staff shortages and reduced delivery services over the holiday period, a backlog of samples were being delivered to the lab later than expected. We do try to make our customers aware of potential delays by Royal Mail in multiple locations throughout our website and recommend hand-delivering samples to the lab to avoid such delays.
