Lost £30 with no recourse
I bought a bluray from Arrow, and a week later the wrong film arrived. They didn't issue me a replacement immediately but said it would be dispatched once I returned the wrong film. I did this and weeks later they say they haven't received it and they can't process it until they do.
So arrow has taken 30 quid from me with nothing to show for it and I apparently have no recourse. Needless to say I wont be ordering from them again and would recommend that you don't either.
