Super easy approval, but it doesn't do what it should. The purpose of a cell phone is to be in contact even when you are out and about, this phone does not do that. I needed to access my bank account this morning to move money because I ran out of gas, I had to walk to a gas station to use their WiFi to do that. I had a flat tire a week ago and I had to walk into a retail store and explain the issue and use their phone to call for help. Sitting here at home beside the router, the phone works well. Relying on it away from home? I'd have as much luck carrying an ear of corn in my pocket! Horrible "mobile" service.

Customer service with Phone Power is top notch. We do occasionally have outages, more often than expected and with no warning; other than that, when the service is fully operational it is the best around.
