Easy and excellent transaction! Very responsive! I couldn't make an event last minute and it's such a pain to use all those other ticket selling sites... using this service is like asking someone directly to take tickets off you for a quick payment. Only one star off because I was really hoping to receive a bit more value from my tickets, getting less than half of face
value... But oh well, it is what it is, it was last minute.

The text goes over the label borders, even after I adjusted it online with my order.

Frustrating experience for three reasons:

1. Immediately after I placed my order, I emailed customer support to have the shipping address changed. They did not respond until the item had already shipped!

2. Shipping had no tracking number and arrived a week after a subsequent order (which did have a tracking number). The shoe box was badly damaged on arrival.

3. The price of the item was re-priced to 33% down from when I bought it 10 days ago - this made me quite upset that I bought something and soon after, there was a massive price drop. I will take my time going forward when taking advantage of "sales" with Kitbag.

... if I ever buy from Kitbag again, that is.
