These guys are a complete joke, I ordered flowers for my wife, for our 5 year wedding anniversary, they sent the order 5 days late and then when it turned up it had a Happy Birthday balloon attached. I phoned them to complain and they said they couldn't give me a refund because the order had been delivered. After a while they said they could do a 50% refund. After about 20 minutes on the phone they agreed to a full refund. For me, that's three strikes against them, one: inability to deliver the order on time, two: inability to deliver the correct order, three: very reluctant to offer good customer service and they hope you'll get fed up or bored and go away. My recommendation, buy from someone else.

Não posso recomendar a equipa o suficiente. Visitei a minha loja local no Parque das Nações (não a loja do Vasco da Gama) e tive uma experiência perfeita. O pessoal foi experiente, paciente e muito prestável - também ficaram felizes e puderam falar inglês comigo o tempo todo, o que eu realmente gostei. 10/10.

We bought as a gift and it went down really well. Their team made everything really easy. Well worth it.

Bought a treadmill off these guys a few days ago, good enough product, good enough price and they offered Free Delivery - Result I thought.

Turns out the reason they offer Free Delivery it would seem is that they use a “Courier” who just slings the Box onto a lorry, drives to your house and leaves it on the driveway, claiming it’s too heavy to lift. That’s right, they leave a €600 (although I reckon if I’d spent €1,000 or maybe €5,000 they’d have done the same thing) cardboard box on your driveway in December, in Galway - which for those who are unaware is not a place known for it’s Sunny and Dry weather at the best of times.

There was no attempt to contact me prior to delivery to see if I’d be in and to see if I could help the Driver move the box, the first we knew about it, the “Courier” was driving away from the house without letting us know he’d “Delivered” our package.

Do yourself a favour buy from somebody else. My personal recommendation would be McSport or Fitness Equipment Ireland - they deliver your products with care.

2 hours on hold for my call to not be answered. That's it. I had a query that they didn't have an answer to on the website, so I give them a call.l, the automated system says I am 90th in the queue with an estimated wait time of 30 mins.... low and behold when I get to number 1, I sit there for 30 mins and still don't get answered - this happened twice. Bunch of useless mugs.

Was unsure what to expect, but must admit I was pleasantly surprised. Extremely friendly, helpful and honest staff. Price they offered was good and they paid in 10 mins. Can't fault them. Recommended.
