Unfortunately my items were out of stock. The problem was I wasn't informed at point of ordering, waited over a week for delivery and to date, another week later, ive still not received my money back

Customer sevice at its best. Two staff went over and above to try to…

Two staff went over and above to try to help my grandaughter ( age 9) who was distraught that the coat she really really wanted was not available in her size. Kelsey and Fiona were really kind to her, despite various options being unavailable they found one in another store. They wrote a little note for my grandaughter to keep, which said there is a coat being held in another store. Excellent customer service, kindness, and patience, thank you

Appalling....do not use this company

Appalling....do not use this company. £8k conservatory roof blinds, sagging after 15months, eventually taken down to repair..8months later...still no roof blinds and just had a call to say usual engineer isn't confident in re fitting them.£150 offered as gesture of goodwill....

Appalling- £8k for conservatory roof…

Appalling- £8k for conservatory roof blinds, one year in sagging and broken.
Started complaint November 2019, number 622516 IP28 7RP, no action... emails ignored, no return calls, on hold indefinitely, Graham area manager never returns call... absolutely at a loss .... this company should NOT be used.

Adding.... despite promise of call back from manager still no response... what on Earth do I have to do to get this company to repair my conservatory blinds????

Absolutely appalling ..

Absolutely appalling ... £8k for roof blinds that have sagged ( despite assurance they wouldn’t) a blind that has broken and collapsed... after18 months!!! Started complaint early November 2019.... no further forward..... conservatory looks awful.

Customer service is non existent once they have your money.

Still no response....advertising that they are taking orders but where is my so called priority!!!!

My husband,who was leading this complaint has passed away......without being able to sit in his conservatory......
