Bought from Graff-City Numerous times. I've never had any issues with anything that i've ordered and everything has always arrived in packaging which ensures the contents are fully secure. Although my purchases haven't been as large as others you can tell that care is taken no matter how much or little you spend. I will return again and again to purchase various things. Love that you can pay via amazon etc. Love the loyalty scheme too... quite a number of other companies don't do these and this is a nice little feature to make you want to come back again and again.

I've had no issues with any products, I've bought paint pens, inks, blackbooks and all the products are exactly as you'd expect and in pristine condition when they arrive to you.

I have no doubts that if I needed to contact them that they would be able to resolve my issues in a timely manner and make sure that customer satisfaction was their main priority.

I had recently bought a new double din radio (sph-dh100) and was having an issue trying to find the cable to attach it to an android phone. The appradio normally comes with just an iphone cable. Having looked on the pioneer website for the relevent cable I decided to google and find out where i could buy the cable from. Ok i could have bought it from ebay, but having read previous reviews from here i knew it was a good website to buy from. I will be looking at purchasing more items through car sounds & security once i figure what audio spec i want. Would do business again! Definately reccomend.
Items recieved within 2 days of ordering had a tracking number etc so felt confident on the location of my order.

All i have to say is go and order something and you will be pleasantly surprised !
