Good sales people but I had a problem spending thousands of dollars on something I could only look at in pictures so I went to a local dealer and they beat star fire direct price by hundreds of dollars so I called and asked if they could do anything with the price and was told no so I bought it locally but bought the fire glass from star fire direct everything came as advertised and in a timely fashion
