Avoid! Poznan Airport branch. Their price is super cheap but then they offer expensive insurance, which I didn't take, because I had car rental insurance already. The car, which we were renting was scratched like crazy, honestly there were little scratches everywhere- I have never seen a rental car scratched so much. When we wanted to return it, the agent was away and we couldn't wait for him because we would be late for our flight. So we took pictures all around the car and left keys in the box. Surprise, surprise we received an email that the car has a new scratch. However, this scratch is not visible on our photos, plus their photos (which were attached) were taken over 4 hours after we returned the car. I have emailed them that I don't agree with their decision, but they didn't bother to send me any response. I'm not going to leave it like that, and I don't recommend you to use them. There are hundreds of complains all around internet, I regret I didn't google them, just relied on the "google reviews" which look suspiciously great. I'm honestly surprised there are only good reviews on google- check TripAdvisor- there is a big topic about that!

The worse shopping experience i have ever had. The product quality was outrageous, totally not like on the pictures. Gogroopie only passed my mails to the merchant who is based in China and took no responsibility for that it was sold through their website. I will never ever buy anything again and I don't recommend to you too.

I would recommend Lenstore to everybody. Prices are competitive, delivery is quick and contact from the customer service is very good.
