If I could give a zero, I would.

Booked a £407 first-class ticket, tried to change the seats in the carriage and they automatically downgraded me and moved me to standard class.

Three hours on two separate calls to customer services, one of which they hung up on me, ended with them offering me a £189 refund for standard class.

Then, they deducted another £10 for the refund.

I asked them to just reinstate my original booking because I made a mistake and it wasn't clear information that I would be downgraded.

They said they can't as when you make changes to a first-class seat they will automatically cancel that ticket.

No understanding of the situation and no class.

Will never use again and would advise anyone else not to either.

Shocking.

Don't buy this crap. It takes too long to get anywhere.

Ordered on the 5th of July and won't get until end of Euros.

Is there a Zero star or a refund offer?

Ordered several appliances for our kitchen and everything went really smoothly with ao.com.

I even made the mistake of ordering the wrong size washing machine, which they rectified with ease within 24 hours.

They went the extra mile for us through no fault of their own.

So helpful and did everything to make sure we were all set.

Highly recommended service.

Would recommend for any trip.

I highly recommend I gadgets recycled as they dealt swiftly with my transaction and we're very fair in their offer to take my phone.

I would definitely use this service again and will be telling everyone I know to use it to!
