Finding it hard to get through to EDF on the phone I used the chat facility. Was connected very quickly to a very helpful and efficient gentleman who answered my questions with concisely and clearly.
Didn’t have to go through miles of red tape and security questions, unlike other sites, as was connected directly from my account online. Took the stress out of what can be a bit of a nightmare.

Have always been a bit sceptical of Chunkers but decided to take the plunge and bought the above from EG Supplies.
Literally arrived the next day, couldn’t fault there communication and customer service.
Have now been using these scissors for the last 2 weeks and absolutely love them. Don’t know how I did without them. Offset shank is perfect for my hands.
My only criticism is that I would have liked them to arrive oiled and with a wipe cloth.

Lovely hoody bought as a present for my daughter. Wears it all the time.

Apart from a little hiccup, to which I thank the lovely girl who sorted out alternative tyres for me, I can’t fault this company. Ordering was simple, I was kept informed at all stages as to what I had ordered and when the tyres would be fitted. Lots of emails, text the day before with a time slot and a phone call half an hour before the fitter arrived. Very pleasant man fitted my tyres. I work from home so had to leave him to complete the job, which he did quickly leaving no mess. Took old tyres away. Job done.
No hassle, no having to freeze waiting at a garage and could get on with working while they were done.

Customer service was great, rang several times for advice, which was really useful. On ordering I received a call to check details as order was a little unusual. Order was delivered promptly in very secure packages. Will be painting cabin today, but have done some test patches and paint chosen looks amazing.
Would highly recommend.

Good value and the only food one ofy dogs will eat. Took a while to find it but won't be changing now.
