Livraison rapide et bons prix. L'emballage a laissé à désirer. La boîte était énorme pour 3 petites choses qui auraient pu entrer dans une enveloppe rembourrée. Il faut tenir compte de l'environnement !

Merci pour votre avis. Nous nous efforçons d'emballer les colis dans des emballages adaptés à leur taille, cependant il se peut que quelques fois (stock,rush,...) le tout soit mis dans des grands cartons.
Very good company for delivery time and price but their packaging is excessive. I bought four small boxes of dewormer for my animals and it came in a huge box with so much wastage. It could have come in a small padded envelope. I was not impressed.
I’m still waiting for my delivery. Equine America gave UPS an incorrect address and only they can correct this. They have been useless with sorting this out. I don’t anticipate ever receiving my goods and have contacted PayPal for a refund. I’m now having to reorder from another company as I need the goods urgently for a laminitic pony.

Good Morning Vanessa, I am so sorry that UPS failed to deliver your order. As a result of Brexit we have had to drastically change our distribution for the EU which has of course come with some challenges including using new couriers. We can only apologise for this and we are working hard to iron out these challenges going forward.
I was disappointed to find out, after selecting to pay £15 priority delivery, that they would only send the goods once their own stocks were replenished. I expected they would have the goods in stock but obviously not. Compared to other suppliers I buy from regularly this is a very expensive delivery charge and quite a slow turnaround time. I only went with them as I needed the product urgently and it looked like they could get it to me the fastest but unfortunately this was not the case. The courier service they use didn’t have any updates once the parcel arrived in France. So I had no idea when to expect delivery, something I have never experience with other courier services that I use regularly. I think £15 for such poor service is extortionate. I won’t buy from this company again even though the price for the products was quite good.

This is an excellent company with the most efficient and helpful customer services ever. I highly recommend them and their flowers. They have a lovely selection of bouquets and plants. I will definitely use them in the future as it's not often you get such excellent service and products. Definitely 5 stars!
I will never buy from this company again. You think you are purchasing from a company in your own country as the website address has your country details ( and in my case was even in French but I had the option to select English!) but in fact it is from the United States. You then incur HUGE duty charges which is most definitely NOT made clear at any stage of the purchase process. When you select your delivery option (DHL etc.) it does have a box that pops up mentioning duty charges but as you are hoodwinked into thinking you are buying from a local source you don't pay it much attention.
I have since googled reviews on iHerb and there are many, many very unhappy customers from all over the world who all have the same complaint! This has been going on for a long time already.
I think it's scandalous that iHerb are allowed to get away with this cloak and dagger act of pretending to be in your country but in fact they are in the US. Most customers don't purchase from countries other than their own so are unaware of how scandalously high the duty charges can be.
As it is, iHerb's prices are NOT the best. There are way better prices and choice available via Amazon.co.uk and they deliver to me in France without any hidden costs. Wish I'd done my research before blindly following the recommendation of a friend!
I will add though that they have agreed to refund me 50% of the duty charge as a goodwill gesture after many emails where I had to really make the point that I felt they had been devious in hiding the fact they are a US company. At no time have they answered my pointed question..."Can you please confirm that as you are a US company all goods bought through you will come from the US and incur duty charges?".....they will not openly admit that they are aware of their deceit.
Steer well clear of iHerb!!!!! You would do way better to buy locally. What really concerns me is this is a scam that has been going on for a long time. So quite clearly they are making such good money that they really don't care about the many unhappy customers who are out of pocket.
I ordered a present for my son and it needed to get to him by his birthday which according to the estimated delivery date it would do...and lo and behold on his birthday it was delivered! So, from the Czech Republic to the UK on time! :) I will definitely use them again. I had to ask about the delivery as I never got a tracking number and I got a very quick reply that sorted the query out, so good customer service too.
The glasses arrived very quickly and are excellent quality and much cheaper than anywhere else for the same thing. I would definitely recommend this company.
VioVet knocks spots off all it's competition, in particular PetMeds who could learn a lot from VioVets efficiency. The fact that VioVet have not got one negative review speaks volumes. I placed my order on Tuesday evening and it arrived with me in France on Friday morning. Their prices are good and their service is excellent. I won't use anyone else in future.
I placed two orders and one of my orders went missing and they were initially unable to work out where it was. I desperately need the worming tablets which are for a shelter in Portugal and I have made this very clear. I have just heard that apparently they have sent both my orders to the same address although the delivery addresses are totally different ( Manchester and Falmouth!) and now I will have to forward the tablets on myself at my expense to Portugal as my contact is travelling this weekend from Manchester and the tablets are supposedly in Falmouth. I am not very impressed at all and all I have got from Petmeds is a sorry. Their customer service is poor apart from the help I got today from Christine who did her best to make up for the lack of response I got from one of the other team members. I am really not happy with this outcome at all and it's interesting how in the recent reviews there are a number of unhappy people.
