Unfortunately, I found the service to be below my expectations, as I encountered some challenges with the professionalism of the staff.

Additionally, I have noticed that reviews are removed, which raises concerns about transparency in feedback.

Worst experience in Spain Malaga

Worst experience in Spain Malaga.
Extremely unprofessional attitude in the Wiber car rental office for Malaga airport. Negligent and unprofessional! Avoid! On top of that after 33 min of waiting the buss arrived, but driver went "mental", tried to run over the angry customers and left us... Unbelievable! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

We have spoken to our Málaga office manager who has vehemently denied your accusation. There was no instance whatsoever where one of our employees tried to “run over” any of our customers.

We understand that there may have been difficulties in your interaction with our service at Malaga airport, but the description of events you've provided is deeply concerning. We would like to remind you that defamation or false accusations can have significant legal consequences.

Therefore, we respectfully request that you withdraw your comment as soon as possible to avoid any further legal action that may be necessary. We value all of our customers and strive to ensure a positive experience for each of them, but we must also protect the reputation and integrity of our company against unfounded claims.

I will not ever use this company in…

I will not ever use this company in Malaga. Disgraceful attitude tovards the customers! Just dropping off my car and from 6 tables just 2 are working, and no one paid any attention what so ever... No, thank you! It's nor a good service!

It is greatest car rental company I…

It is greatest car rental company I have came across, but already 2nd time ( 1st was in Alicante and 2nd is in Malaga) the transfer ir rubbish. In Alicante I waited 30min, in Malaga... Still waiting... Should I be looking for another company?
Eventually arrived to the office... From 6 tables just one is serving customers. Nonsense! We are a lot here. And still waiting... Definitely my first and last time choosing Wiber in Malaga. And by the way "smart box" doesn't work either!
"You have selected the "All Inclusive" rate. Enjoy the Wikey Smart Box FOR FREE and collect your keys without the need of going to the counter.
WIKEY SMART BOX & CHECK-IN ONLINE", but it just doesn't work and we have to queue. Since we came out of the airport it's already 40 min and still no car.... Definitely using another car rental company next time I am here!

Worst experience ever

The worst experience with customer service over the phone on 23rd August around 1.30 pm. "If you would speak PROPER English I probably would understand what you are saying!"... Seriously? Yes, English is not my first language, it is just one of the five I speak. Such a "customer service"? Appalling! Shocking! Management should teach people how to talk with customers! But manners can't be taught - either you have common sense or not. Sadly.
