DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS ONLINE AS THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT FAIL TO SEND THE PRODUCT.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago which has still not been delivered . I have had no confirmation of order and no order or courier updates . Payment was taken immediately. The online team do not answer the phone . I have tried to contact other departments within the company but they are unable to assist me .
Shocking service and I intend to report to trading standards .

Store staff did not bother or pester us , they asked if we needed any assistance and then left us to browse . Once we had made a choice and were ready to purchase they were polite and helpful and not pushy at all,

From the moment we entered the shop we felt at ease and the customer service was excellent. There was no pushy sales technique and we were encouraged to browse and take our time trying different rings. The advice from sue and quality of diamonds on offer made our purchase a thoroughly pleasurable experience . Will definitely return to this shop.

I placed an order at 3pm and it was delivered at 9am the following morning.
