Easy to find what I wanted, ordering was simple, and items arrived quickly.

From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly and we were kept informed all the way. The delivery men (Ali & Callum) were brilliant especially considering that we live in a small flat on the second floor of a block with narrow access - They did very well !

Went in for a replacement watch battery under the Life-time Battery scheme and could not fault the service considering that it was just 2 days after Lockdown restrictions were lifted. Battery was fitted quickly and watch set correctly.

Brilliant ! Never used Thortful before but decided to give them a try after seeing a card on Facebook that we liked ! We actually bought 2 'Special' Birthday cards and we were not disappointed. We had them sent direct to our house so we could write our own message inside and both cards came with an envelope so we could post them on.

Useful but expensive I thought - £6.95 to look at one household on the 1939 register !!
I appreciate it is better value to buy more credits but don't want or need them at present.
