Tesco damage you cars
Tesco waste of time one staff member to another don’t know how to do there job, my car got damaged at Tesco Hanley stoke on trent, got told report it to customer service ,, customer service said need to ring this number tesco customer service , they told me to go into store fill out damage report, and guess what no one knew how to do it, a bunch of staff gathered around trying to find a form, then a lady said I just been on the phone you have to do it on the till, which she did, she gave me a till receipt with my car reg and my details on saying damage to car, said someone will be intouch a man called me from Dundee tesco within 20 minutes of me putting report in saying tesco deny responsibility,, wow they work quick investigated in 20 minutes and decision made , I wasn’t happy about this put complaint in got told they put it though to there insurance sop and sop , weird name for insurance 2 days later a letter came through denied all responsibility for damage , still not happy I wanted this escalated in which a lot of staff members dealt with this someone named Mandy who passed it to Scott he then passed it to Jess in which I gave in evidence photos and documents of damage and negligence to trolly and bay damaged that caused the damage to my car, weeks went by went back into store and got told store manager going to call you Tuesday next week called in again got told it’s been passed to a lady called deb she is going to ring you , heard nothing then noticed new trolly bays put in and damaged ones removed,, convenient ,, to cover up,,, but I had already taken photos of bolt sticking up out of tarmac and ramp missing,, then called up spoke to Lisa Bailey whom said manger going to call you, then blood boiling spoke to manager Brian Lyon whom took photos of damage and passed it to Kevin galleria customer service whom asked me to send in photos and quote to surport claim ,, guess what after all the time it took tesco staff and customer service over two and half months they just said sorry we deny any responsibility so why ask me to send in written quotes and travel to and from store over 23 times to speak to manager whom never seemed to be in or staff that didn’t know there jobs , just a financial loss to myself over fuel costs running around getting information, when just to be turned away denying it all thanks to tesco staff. time wasters if it was a staff members car things would of been different???????
