Made me pay to return faulty items avoid

I am a 57 year old woman and am not very good at tech since my stroke, so I have had major problems in trying to sort my issue out at my cost with Halara . I purchased 3 pairs of trousers and the quality is very poor compared to the ones I already own I had to send photos in to prove the poor quality and my response was there are no quality issues and I would have to pay for return postage. If they make everyone pay for faulty goods they send out they must be making a killing total scammers think twice before you purchase.

Staff member needs police nick him

7/4/24 lido staff member from the lido store on Lichfield Street stoke on trent, chased a young person and caught up with him pulled him down to the ground kicked him in his face ,punched him whilst he was on the ground , still kicking him and stamping on him, maybe he was a shoplifter but he didn’t deserve that,,I hope this staff member meets his match and someone batters him like he did to this young shoplifter or the police prosecute him, he wouldn’t be so hard in prison,,shouldn’t be working there

Iceland just don’t seem to get it…

Iceland just don’t seem to get it right,orders get wrong , stuff missing off orders, items with 1 day expiry,, stuff I don’t eat or drink put in my order as a substitute, to my original order as out of stock,, never replaced items or damaged goods, even got delivery driver saying stuff damaged and missing, take it up with store,, telephone number going straight to fax line , only corrected this in January 24 , never replaced missing or damaged goods never refunded me correct amount , total rip-off merchants also joined there club app back in September 23 had ove £100 on card got told they would give me £15 on top of that but they never did , customer service waste of space

Telephoned the range asked if they had…

Telephoned the range asked if they had the divante 5cm king size topper,, got told yes we have 2 in stock,, drove to stoke range to find they didn’t have, even though 2 showing they blamed it maybe sold or shoplifters taken,, poor excuse,, then as there were 4 staff involved in this , got told Stafford have 4 showing ,, so I drove to Stafford,,,oh guess what got told they don’t even stock this product,,spoke to different staff members and mangers, got told to put a complaint in on the contact us page on the range website,, done this many times all I got back was different emails stating someone will be intouch within 4 days time and time again ,, even though no one contacted me , they then sent emails asking me to rate there customer service,,how can I rate something that never happened , no contact from them????don’t shop at the range poor staff ,, poor customer service,,,poor website service

Tesco damage you cars

Tesco waste of time one staff member to another don’t know how to do there job, my car got damaged at Tesco Hanley stoke on trent, got told report it to customer service ,, customer service said need to ring this number tesco customer service , they told me to go into store fill out damage report, and guess what no one knew how to do it, a bunch of staff gathered around trying to find a form, then a lady said I just been on the phone you have to do it on the till, which she did, she gave me a till receipt with my car reg and my details on saying damage to car, said someone will be intouch a man called me from Dundee tesco within 20 minutes of me putting report in saying tesco deny responsibility,, wow they work quick investigated in 20 minutes and decision made , I wasn’t happy about this put complaint in got told they put it though to there insurance sop and sop , weird name for insurance 2 days later a letter came through denied all responsibility for damage , still not happy I wanted this escalated in which a lot of staff members dealt with this someone named Mandy who passed it to Scott he then passed it to Jess in which I gave in evidence photos and documents of damage and negligence to trolly and bay damaged that caused the damage to my car, weeks went by went back into store and got told store manager going to call you Tuesday next week called in again got told it’s been passed to a lady called deb she is going to ring you , heard nothing then noticed new trolly bays put in and damaged ones removed,, convenient ,, to cover up,,, but I had already taken photos of bolt sticking up out of tarmac and ramp missing,, then called up spoke to Lisa Bailey whom said manger going to call you, then blood boiling spoke to manager Brian Lyon whom took photos of damage and passed it to Kevin galleria customer service whom asked me to send in photos and quote to surport claim ,, guess what after all the time it took tesco staff and customer service over two and half months they just said sorry we deny any responsibility so why ask me to send in written quotes and travel to and from store over 23 times to speak to manager whom never seemed to be in or staff that didn’t know there jobs , just a financial loss to myself over fuel costs running around getting information, when just to be turned away denying it all thanks to tesco staff. time wasters if it was a staff members car things would of been different???????

Visited tesco extra Hanley ,

Visited tesco extra Hanley ,, had car damaged from Tesco trolly ,, got told by head office go back to store put in a damage vehicle report, did this. Twenty minutes after doing this tesco called me to say nothing they could do ,, so what’s the point of filling in a damage report??? Pasted it to any other company soop&soop who stated all trolleys have sign on handles asking for them to be , returned so there’s nothing they can do, trolly that hit my car had no sign on handle ,, and got told car park doesn’t belong to them and no Cctv footage,, if that’s the case why are there big signs saying tesco car park on the entrance also signs and cameras on the car park I think £1 coins should be put in trolleys so they have to be returned to store rather than customers pushing them to one side or into peoples cars or the wind blowing them, customer service said , it’s one of those things it’s a act of god, so who do I take action against the Church of England ,, Tesco know of the damage caused and now have replaced there old trolly bays with new ones. This will not stop people’s cars been damaged. ,, I’m sure if it was a staff member or manager of the store the damage would be rectified,, FALSE ADVERTISING SIGN TESCO CARPARK. As apparently it doesn’t belong to them. Ripoff tesco doesn’t care about customers

B&m Victoria road Stoke On Trent…

B&m Victoria road Stoke On Trent manger parks black jaguar in disability parking bay daily,,,name and shamed him for his ignorance as he is not disabled,,no comment from him when filmed him pure ignorance. Should be clamped or blocked in by real person who is disabled,, doesn’t deserve to work at b&m as a manager still not resolved even though b&m say it has ,, had no apology or explanation on why this man has been getting away with breaking the law for a long time,, spoke to a staff member who told me he had his car damaged that’s why he parked it in disabled bay so he can keep an eye on it on the Cctv , that’s no excuse ,, I have a clamp on my trailer next time I won’t hesitate to clamp it ? STILL NOT RESOLVED SO STOP REPLYING ISSUE RESOLVED DEBBIE ?????????

Complaint

Purchased ready meals chicken tikka but when I got home one of them was prawn tikka put on the shelf with the chicken ones ,, phoned Tesco spoke to staff member and they said bring it back with receipt and change it , I drove back to tesco and customer service staff said can’t exchange it as once purchased you only have 20 minutes on fridge and frozen items. But it was 31 minutes since I purchased it ,, doesn’t state this in store isles or near fridges it states it by customer service desk ,, so make sure you go to customer service to read the signs on terms conditions rules. Before you do any shopping. , traffic today maybe I should of gone over the speed limit to return it within 20 minutes

Got a cooker that blows out the flame in the top oven already been repaired in the past with the same fault even though I have the policy apparently they can't find it so my repair can not be done so basically my home as are we are at risk gas filles through my home as it won't always stay lit .

Over 2 hours wait food cold won't answer the phone

Waited 2 hours made an excuse saying driver left his keys in the car and his car locked. They said they were doing a replacement would be 8 mins again didn't turn up till a lot later driver came with freezing cold food I have all this on cctv he said keep the food and call tomorrow for a refund not going to lie I am fuming. Think we have been ripped off tried calling them to make a complaint with no answer AVOID

GRUNDIG RIP OFF VIRUS…

brought a grundig fridge freezer ,,with 5 year warrantry ,fridge is freezing engineneer came out said order a part,still not fitted as engineer has part,,so as we are all in a bad postion at the monment with coronavirus outbreak and people stockpiling food, having not got food in my fridge due to this doesnt really bother me ,,,BUT MY WIFES INSULIN HAS TO BE REFRIGDERATED NOT FROZEN,,,,,GUESS WHAT GRUNDIG ARE NOT BOTHERED,VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES ,GIVE FALSE INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE ,DONT GIVE YOU ENGINEERS NUMBER OR HEADOFFICE ,,SEEM TO HAVE NO MANGERS TO SPEAK TO THEY JUST PALM YOU OFF ,,PLEASE BEWARE DONT BUY GRUNDIG
