Unhelpful and disinterested in issues

Car broken down and off the road for months just weeks outside warranty no parts for months available, not interested could not care in the slightest. Cupra advise their behaviour and attitude is awful and incorrent and they are fobbing me off.

ALD are meant to lodge a report to cupra to get me the support i need and they refuse point blank so cupra cannot help me.

We dont care you cant get to work, we dont care you have a disabled child, we dont care you live in a remote location, we dont care no parts are available for months we dont care if cupra asked you to contact us to make a simple contact,we refuse to do so because we dont care, but make sure you make your payment that we do care about.

Unhelpful and disinterested in issues, avoid. and literally wont even take basic steps or ask a manager if we can help our customer with a simple email to cupra, no thats too much, disgusting.

Bought an item that was in stock

Bought an item that was in stock , 24 hours later I get an email saying it is out of stock and will be refunded , get a refund for less than I paid they have also disconnected there phone line the hallmark of a dodgy site , avoid.

Spar Spean Bridge

Spar Spean Bridge , young staff who NEVER say please or thank you, throw your stuff down as its scanned , then its 12 pound fifty. Clearly zero training given, worst shop ive ever come across. Both young boys in there are in need of serious manners training and customer service. Not sure whos worse the staff or the person in charge allowing this

Yet again a botched delivery. A previous delivery put in wrong place despite instruction. This time text at 810 saying be with you 1030-1230 so go out to do a few things they appear at 835/840 and dump it in wrong place, useless

Cant say im overl;y happy with my 5k…

Cant say im overl;y happy with my 5k pc, i cant pinpoint anything wrong with it specifically its just littered with annoying bugs and glitches. Power it on and it doesnt start it half starts in some sort of lights on no power mode which requires power off and restart. After shutdown it frequently just restarts itself as soon as its shut down. Glitchy flickering image on desktop but runs fine in games and have changed all the settings etc. Theres just lots of these things and I have tried reinstalling. Nothing seems broken so I have not gone back its all just very glitchy. all previous pcs from different souce had no issues. All just a bit annoying but not enough to return as its works for what i want it for but for 5k bit dissapointed. On games though it runs like a dream.

What is it with this company and giving…

What is it with this company and giving refunds or replacements for faulty items. Asking for a replacement in Argos is like you have personally attacked them. Bad attitude and misinformation which these staff are clearly told to tell customers so argos can avoid anything to do with the replacment or refund, telling me I cant return an item and I have to go manufacturer despite being within 30 days, generally dont order electrical items from argos due to returns issues compatred to the likes of amazon, however it was a purchase of convienience. Train your staff and stop lying to customers about returns procedures. Do not buy electrical items from Argos go to amazon where they just send you a replacement no questioxns asked. Argos just lie to you and do everything they can to avoid looking after their customers properly, this has always been the case and clearly always will be

Judging by trustpilot these people are scammers. Sent my bloods waited till after results were due , over three weeks for a basic test, emailed them and said they had lost them in transit to lab after receiving them. Never bothered to contact me and tell me though. Offered refund, clown show.

Regarding your case — if a test sample gets lost in transit before reaching the lab, unfortunately we don’t have a way of knowing that unless the customer contacts us. Some customers send their sample the day they receive their order, while others may wait several weeks, months, or even longer. For that reason, we don’t have a way of knowing if the customer has sent their sample until it reahes us. We always recommend the customer to reach out if they haven’t received a “sample received” notification within 7 days of sending it.

Took a booking months ago

Took a booking months ago, wanted extra payments after booking for private insurance etc not mentioned before hand, then cancel the booking hours before the trip and say youll get your refund in 3-10 days time,due to a "calender error" useless and untrustworthy. If I had cancelled it would have cost me £800 but these charlatans can ruin your weekend at the drop of a hat with no repercussions
