Great service bad prices
I called in Timpsons Bristol for a car key fob battery guy was super polite and said no problem he replaced it in 5 seconds after Halfords rude staff said they can't do it.
I would have given 5 stars but come on Timpsons 5 seconds work for £24.95 absolutely extortionate for 5 seconds work and a battery that costs pence.

Very grumpy service guy
I went to their shop in Brislington Bristol for a car fob battery replacement as advertised and was told by a very grumpy guy that in his words 'can't do that ' it has to be reprogrammed (Mercedes) go to Timpsons.
So I went to Timpsons and spoke to the guy there and he said i bet they told you it had to be reprogrammed, yes they did i said, he said it's a lie they tell everyone that.Replaced in 5 seconds.
I guess Mr Halfords should sort your staff out or your website. Why would a car accessories shop that does everything for cars send you to key cutting shop !

Can't fault this company used lots of times and this time in particular the driver was fantastic, dropped us at the airport and I found I had lost my phone, rang company who contacted driver who said he found it in back seat. He drove all the way back to the airport and waited for us to come out and collect, absolutely fantastic service great guy Muhammed and thanks.will definitely keep using 👍

Don't even bother!! I had 7 cameras to send I filled all forms out then they rang me and said what did I have to send them I told the guy he said no they are not interested in old cameras when it clearly states on there website they do take cameras. What a joke of a company.

Extremely bad service
I am writing this review which I don't normally do because the service was so bad. I particularly have to mention the car they sold me and after sales problems I had.
They sold me a Mercedes GLC 220d which according to them it had been mot'd and all was good. I drove the car away from their Leeds garage and drove it to my sons in the Midlands where I stayed overnight. Then the problems started in the morning the warning light came on regarding battery problem, I switched off and then back on and another warning came on saying brake pads are worn!
I had to drive back to Leeds where the sales manager Sam seen me and after a long wait he said he had to send the car to Mercedes because they couldn't sort it out. They gave me a loan car to get home. I waited about 5 days when they said it was all done and they are bringing it to me.
It had to have a new battery and brake pads but I said how did it pass mot.
He said it passed their levels for mot? I noticed on the last mot the car had it had quite a lot of advisories but there were none on the one they just done.I asked was all the work done then he said we don't have to put advisories on the mot.
I got the car and the next day I saw a rubber seal had broken around rear door and was letting water in, I contacted Sam twice by phone & 3 times by email and he never returned either. Don't buy from Vauxhall Horsforth they are not interested in after sales or helping people that had spent a lot of money with them. If I didn't live so far away I would take it back to the so called sales manager Sam and give the car back.

Absolutely the worst airport
Absolutely the worst airport ! I remember Lulsgate airport was fantastic since its been Bristol international airport it has gone down in my estimatons every year.
Like the previous person I was on same flight and the problem is luggage getting from the plane to the holiday makers. We got to conveyor 5 at 7am then the problems started, nothing for an hour nobody telling us what was going on. Bags started to come off after 1.1/2 hours then it stopped and again nobody advising what was going on. We got told eventually the problem was with conveyor and it was now number 1. Everyone went to 1 and waited this was now over 2 hours when bags started to come off with everyone confused they stopped and started to cone on conveyor 2, WHAT the hell was going on, after travelling back from Florida on a night flight full of children tired and exhausted thus was the last thing you needed, cases were coming off soaked and damaged. SHOCKING AIRPORT!!!! I live in Bristol but will not use my local airport again. Can I have a response from anyone at Bristol Airport please.

Bought a £300 vax ordered online to collect on shop. This was ok up to that point, got in the shop only to be greeted by the rudest man he had no idea of customer service. Curry's you need to look at training your staff, maybe he was store manager I wouldn't be surprised. This was Winterstoke rd depot Bristol.
