Still no response

Still no response, no help or information regarding the funds which they owed my business for over 4 weeks

Unbelievable that I now have to as instructed byy bank report these activities as fraud

If you take this company as your third part you had better be prepared not to be paid and to be ignored at all levels

There are much better cheaper and professional business who will provide app services

No.proof of payment and the only help so far from order yo-yo i/ app 4 is we can't help or give you the required information relating to the payments, which legally they should supply
Now reported this to the financial ombudsman and also to the police as fraudulent activities by these companies

Yet another waster of time experience…

Yet another waster of time experience with BES oops sorry Ruby Energy

This company is an absolute embarrassment.

Also I've reported for over a year now that when your close the chat there is no option to receive the chat transcript, which is a legal requirement

This matter just get ignored. They just want to sign you to a contract then provide absolutely shocking service, not reply to complaints, just take small business Les money.IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AVOiD THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware, equipment faulty and caused a small fire .

Adexa response was not interested and made the returns process almost impossible

To the point where it isn't worth while, took 3 weeks to get the process under way then they ask for more pictures each time delaying the returns label being issued pushing back the deadline for the return

Anyone considering buying equipment from this business should purchase from elsewhere where or suffer the consequences

Pathetic customer service, shocking service

Previously I've had 4 loans which all worked really well
This time the total lack of communication and absolute disregard for any type of customer service was very disappointing.
The account manager assigned to myself still has 6 emails to answer and at least 3 phone calls to return. Which will never happen in a month of Sundays.
If you go on chat, which is efficient, the only issue is they just pass your message to the account manager who yet again just ignored any attempt at contact.
Even after asking to formally complain I was just passed back into the same washing machine.
It's a shame as previously I could not fault the service from this company.
I would recommend you avoid if you have the same account manager I had assigned .

As usual Ruby energy / BES try to get positive reviews, most companies dont try and coherse.

Anyone considering a contract with this company who have rebranded to Ruby Energy from the horrendous / deceptive / lying BES utilities found guilty and
convicted as fraudsters should seriously spend half an hours working through some due diligence with regard to BES defrauding customers in the 1000,s

So your response say this this
We are still the same energy company however we can have name changes made should the business requires it to do so, we are not asking you to pay a different company, this is still your energy company that you signed a contract with

Yet you are changing my direct debit to pay a new comapny registed at companies house. Not sure if you believe you can get away with this. You need to read your own contract.

Your response is childish and the rest of the response is rude.

Your business no matter what iy is called is still the same and should be closed due to the amount of businesses which closed tha ks to the rip off culture at BES or RUBY Energy

Rebrand worked really well, not

Rebrand worked really well, unable to login, cant access the web portal. No access to accounts.

Only plus is the customer services team seem much more professional so who knows maybe after all the court cases and prison sentances the family business has turned a corner.

Do not use this company, take the time to read these reviews

If you are considering using this company I would seriously reconsider.
As a take away owner Just Eat have introduced furhter costs, hidden I may add.
If drivers dont turn up and the food has to be destroyed which happens consistantly. Just Eat will now reimburse you a percentage of the meal which they do not and wil lot tell what this is.

However they still charge you the commision for the full meal the customer ordered even though they dont get thier food due to drivers not collecting and ultimatly the customer suffers but Just Eat still get thier revenue. Nett position takeaway looses money against the orders.

Fantastic model, take order, recieve payment but dont deliver the food that you have asked to be cooked and then tell the takaway to throw the food on the bin.

Maybe we should all start business in the same manner. From my point of view I have flagged this with a local solicitor who is now looking into this area of the contracts.

Everytime I have to contact this…

Everytime I have to contact this business i dread it. Read the press refernence the company owners who are responsible for the ruin of many small businesses as well as multiple fraud convictions for the owners/directors including 13 years for fraud against the owner.
Anyone dealing with this business should first research both the gas and electric companies and be very careful of hard selling agents.

Poor service

Order arrived, prada sunglasses. Frame was bent and hinges which were very cheap quality
Replacement sent which are much better. The first ones look fake in comparison.
They arranged a return, no one arrived on the designated day dispite me waiting in all day.
Then sent me an email saying as I hadnt returned the glasses inwould be liable to pay for them. What a joke guys if you cant arrange the collecton of your producys dont threaten the customer.
Finally got through to customer service who informed me they could not arrange a collection and Inwould have to sort it. Dispite already orgainising a collection in the first instance .
Lodged a complaint about quality of first pair. Heard nothing back to date.
Normally John.Lewis is my goto place but after issues with this purchase and my last purchase I will no longer be visiting this site.

Spoke to BES about leaving the contract…

Spoke to BES about leaving the contract 6 nonths early .
Even though BES originally conned me into the contract pretending to be some one else before being passed to someone else. As well as heavily over charging our busines for 4 years, given the pending court action i believed the may just give a little. However no, bes wanted to charge another 3700 just to exit the contract 7 months early plus a 100 pound exit fee for admin.
Please be aware this business will lie and say anything to get business.
Good look.with the ofgen investigation BES, karma often comes round .

Spent alot of money on our sofa and…

Spent alot of money on our sofa and chair
Arrived on time and all looked great
2 weeks in the foam started to collapse.
Big holes and stretched fabric where people have sat.
Sofa looks ten years old.
Complained within the 90 days Sent an engineers who has ordered new foam as our foam has collapsed.
Sofas looks great but cheap quality fillings ruin the furniture

DFS have now replaced the sofa, customer services was excellent in the end so my review has been amended accordingly

This company are simply the worst…

This company are simply the worst company I ha e ever dealt with. 1 year on still waiting for a resolution to XLN who cuts.my lines for thier own upgrade to fibre at.my premises and fibre wasn't even available.
Still charged me even though they cut off the lines and left my business without comes.
Still waiting for the numerous complaints to be sorted not even had a response after many many calls and just being left on hold going round the sp called support system.
I have so.many unanswered email and screen shots of promises that I am now really looming forward to my day I'm court with them. Hoping the name of this company will be posted in papers and o social media.

I currently have 16 unanswered emails 3 complaint numbers and over 20 wasted calls to the business.
Also chat is very rarley available when it is available you never send an email to ndetails the chat. I wonder why that is. So I have now taken a multitude of screen shots for every chat answered and these have been passed over.

Not once has anyone at XLN tried to resolve these issues instead you prefer to disconnect lines at your own fault on the pretext of fibre which was never available and the get agents to call me to follow up on the fibre and voip training. If a comes company is unable to upgrade a line from analogue tonfibre due to exchange limitations why gonthrougj the upgrade.process disconnect old lines then realise you can't upgrade. More.annoying is XLN then charge for services which are not in place due to the disconnection by XLN and further charge for cancellation fees when
1 I was not in contract
2 xln disconnected the services themselves in error
3 I provided Xln with plenty of notice from.the day you disconnected my shop leaving me high and try and unable to trade. Support helped by saying sorry nothing we can do you will need tonre happy for a reconnection which could take 6 weeks.
I spent months going around d your pathetic supports agents being passed from.pillar to post and I finally gave in trying to sort issues. Then you send me a.letter for preceeding to claim your money for cancellation fees and also services provided. Not much I grant you but it is the principle of this matter.
Your reponse to this review is pathetic and expected as nothing will be done. Read my Google.review from.months ago.
I look forward to hearing from no one which is always the case
See you in court, I can't wait to show everyone all of this documentation, emails, unanswered, phone calls which I recorded etc etc

Purchase March 2021 mattress useless now, waste of money

2 years on mattress is non supportive and very uncomfortable despite following all the guidelines.
First years was great, super comfy then things started to go wrong.
We both could not not get a good night's sleep and felt like we were rolling of the sides. The mattress had a very high point up the middle and very low points where we lay.
Slats were within tolerance and we rotated the mattress. Have now purchased a new silent night mattress which we had previous to the simba mattress as it lasted 8 years on the same bed frame
Old.one collected and recycled, wasted 600 pounds
Seems a number of reviews have the same issues after a yeats or so.
Would.like to add customer service is excellent this review is for the product. Simba offered me a new replacement however I declined this offer and stuck to.my new purchase to.ensure a good night's sleep.

Please do not deal with this company especially if you are a small business you will be blatantly ripped off by this business.

Please stay clear, this business will attempt to rip you. If they are currently doing this I would most certainly go online and take your case with a solicitor for damages on a no win no fee .
