Our solicitor, Kristel Solaja, guided us through a complicated process of selling a leasehold flat (Help to Buy new build) and purchasing a house in London. While the journey was more complicated than we were anticipating (largely due to Help to Buy), Kristel was a consummate professional throughout. She was always accessible, her replies were always clear, she was very quick to respond to queries and helped us think through various difficult decisions with kindness and expert insight. When it came down to a very tight deadline, Kristel pulled out all the stops to ensure that we safely completed by our deadline (important as we would have had to re-open the Help to Buy sale processes again. Broadly speaking, Setfords onboarding processes were modern and straightforward and the perfect combination of the human and the automated. I couldn't recommend Kristel more highly.

Initial experience, not so good.

It has been a week since I ordered a Voxi SIM card. I have not yet received the sim card yet, nor do my login details work on the system yet (tried at Voxi and vodafone).

I have been charged, but not issued an invoice. I'm basically a week in to this service, I have been charged, but have no access to anything.

Ordered a product over a month ago, it never arrived. Three messages sent to the company, none of which have been responded to. Seeking to reclaim lost funds via the VISA chargeback scheme.

Having used a couple of other insurers over the years for my photography work, coming to Williamson Carson was a huge breath of fresh air. From setting up initial cover, through to changes in policy, areas of difficulty (challenging and hostile environment work) and claims - the whole team at Williamson Carson, and especially Tom, have been hugely helpful, personable and professional with my insurance needs. And on top of all that, they're very well priced. I tell all my photographer friends about WC, I don't know why a pro photographer would go elsewhere.

I needed to turn around 10 prints in a morning - i.e. a fairly unreasonable expectation. They not only did it, but quicker than expected, gave me some very useful advice on paper choice, all for a good price and great quality. I'd definitely recommend them.
