Absolutely excellent care and service for my cat today. The vet and team were excellent in every aspect. I took my cat for a tic removing and they did this free of charge saying it was a couple of seconds job. This may be the case but these people are professionals and have worked hard to be where they are. I was very grateful and will donate a sum to our local cat charity! Highly recommend this vets

The ladies in Harrogate cannot do enough. They are so good with children allowing them to test products and they are really hands on showing how the products work and explaining the benefits etc. I would add this is always the case I’ve been in many times

I generally like to focus on positivity and always look at the good in something, however, there’s nothing good I can write. Properties are mis sold, they say you pay at the property on arrival which you can’t. They also don’t tell you that on top of the price of the booking they need £500 breakage deposit which will be returned 7-10 days after your return. In my case this was more than double the cost of the booking. Really not a good experience. My advice would be to source accommodation elsewhere where everything is above board
