The software is super helpful to our business. The amount of connections available is great, the way you can set up complex rules to manage orders is a massive time saver for us.

Whilst the software is great, it's the customer service that sets OrderDesk apart. You can tell they actually listen to your queries and come back with detailed responses that are actually helpful.

They are constantly adding new connections and new functionality.

Whilst they tasted good, the arrived squished as they don't package them to prevent this.

Customer service wouldn't replace and felt too embarrassed to gift them in the state they were in...

Won't be ordering again.

Was meant to go to a gig that was cancelled. No refund received and no reply to messages. Shocking how a company can get away with this. I will never be booking through this company again. They should be banned from trading.

Received an email saying I had caused infringements, yet I had a license else where, something they are obviously not checking thus wasting my time, thanks!

I was impressed with the service as I got constant text and email updates of where my order was up to.
I was disappointed with the amount of flowers for the price though.
