Simple to use and get/compare the best…

Simple to use and get/compare the best deal - whether that’s price alone or aspects like service guarantee, turnaround time, insured value etc.

Also, fantastic comms direct from ParcelCompare confirming when the delivery was made, which the provider (PForce) didn’t do directly (although I could have tracked it, TBF)

Using ParcelCompare saved me a lot (50-70%) compared to getting a courier for the same parcel (25kg a/c unit)…yes, I would have saved the same ££s by going direct to ParcelForce, but this also saved me the hassle & time of finding/doing that myself.

I’d use it again and would recommend.

Stellar customer service

Received a box of three cheeses, wine, crackers/biscuits & chutney for my birthday. All the cheeses were very good (Gert Lush & Blue were especially good) and the chutney and crackers went well.

Unfortunately, the wine was corked BUT the team at CheeseGeeks responded to my email immediately, despatched a replacement bottle the same day and it arrived the next morning...and it was delicious.

I've read some other reviews about comms but my experience (via 'Contact Us' email & Tara) couldn't have been better; they really delivered against their values with me during our interaction.

Delighted with their service and will be using them again.

Woeful, risible, fragile, hapless, not credible

Woeful! Should be a 'zero star' ranking - risibly incompetent, fragile technology, false alarms & tech support 'guesswork'
Like other reviews here, I strongly discourage you from trying this service - hopeless! Had the tracker fitted since collecting car in Oct'22 and had nine false 'geofence' alarms in 3mths, rising daily.
Replaced batteries in both tags, received another two false alarms within 24hrs.
Left the batteries out of both tags for more than 60secs (to help the poor things 'reset', as advised on Trackstar Chatbot)
Not compatible with Duracell batteries...despite outselling closest UK competitor (Energiser) by 2.5x in 2020...you have to seriously question the business & technology savvy of a company that backs incompatibility with the UK's best-selling brand.
Customer Service email (not a person!) suggested keeping the tags 'out in the open' and 'not in a handbag, cup-holder, near loose change or in a pocket' - unbelievable.
Their tags - the ones THEY designed and supplied - have been designed to be attached to the car key ring...they have the requisite 'holes' to do so. I've had keyless ignition for a decade or more, so I put my keys in my pocket...apparently, the Trackstar system cannot cope with that. Too avant-garde!
Not sure how I'd keep these poor, fragile little flowers away from all these interferences in a 21st century (connected) car..? Charging pads, cup-holders, bags, pockets, loose-change, mobile phones, Bluetooth...my own stuff as well as passengers and the rest of the world..? Perhaps I should drive permanently one-handed, with the tag held aloft through an open window..? Still receiving geofence false alarms, no doubt, but you gotta love the fresh air, right..?.
Do yourself a favour...steer WELL clear and get something less fragile & more reliable, like an Apple AirTag...Trackstar are laughably bad.

Deferred event tickets

Deferred event tickets - fast, courteous & successful response from the support team on tickets for an event that has been deferred/rescheduled a couple of times.
Rob was very helpful and re-sent the tickets immediately, which reduced my blind-panic :o)

Lovely flowers, good comms, painfully slow delivery

Original order couldn't be fulfilled, very accommodating about providing alternative.
Sadly, the local florist selected couldn't deliver until 4.30 the following day...too late for the event
Will not use again as local florist selection unlikely to change...good customer service & communication from eFlorist themselves though
