Not Good After All

Where should I start well the Owner of Rapid Hosting is Blacklisted for dealing with leaking files which the owners discord name is xot1ckid ID: (848327034878951434) or it in his discord [CEO] Tanek J. so all I'm gone say on this is watch your files in your server.

So, I was a staff member for this hosting business, and they announce that you will get so much off after your staff trial period which is a lie because I wasn't offered anything after my trial period was over. I was removed due to being inactive and supposing my knowledge base which I hate to say the owner himself don't have room to talk because he doesn't know how to remove main off on a file in his own server. So, I think before he tells someone that they don't have the knowledge he needs to look in the mirror and ask him that himself.

Their staff I'm gone agree they def do have kids on their staff team also when you ask them to join vc so you get done with the support quicker they always say oh we are busy, or we can't cause of this that which is wrong for business.

Pricing:
So, they just went up from $40.00 dollars a month to $60.00 dollars month with no notice. I opened a ticket asking why I am at 60 instead of 40 Jaydens little answer was of we went up on everyone and all this bs. Then I asked Jayden well why did yell not let game panels members know about this before the change, and he stated there is no way to send out 79 messages out to everyone well guess what Jayden you don't know what you're talking about. Cause you have announcements channel in the discord that you could notify everyone about. Tell me another lie Jayden. This sound like LAZYNESS!!!

If your gone up a price on anything you should give your members a 72-hour notice before you change the price not after you send the announcement out, then in 2 days and don't say it wasn't planned cause you have too plan stuff for a business side of things.

I will never use this company ever again as i have compared them to other ones just now there is some stuff they are blocking from you on txadmin and I can show the proof. There CPU usage is not truly unlimited cause if you think about if someone is using more CPU than you are that means they are taking cup usage from your stuff and they are not limited.

There is so much I can say this company to really need to work on comes down to the owner first that acts like a little kid because he lives in his mom's basement.


I dont know how much more information you need this review sums it all up how about do not contact me again before i file charges on you for haresment

Hi there, sorry to hear you feel this way. Although, I'd like to clarify that we Rapid Hosting LLC, and any involved parties, associates and friends are not associated, condone the use of, or distribute any form of leaks. As far as the communication we gave as far as the issues you brought to our concern, we offered the utmost respect to you, alongside offering our volunteer support to assist you directly with the problems you faced. We gave you written guides, alongside visual guides from multiple sources, however, you still encountered issues that no other customer has faced with us. We're extremely disappointed to hear that you expected more staff benefits, as we already supply our staff with great benefits for their volunteer-efforts. Pricing was adjusted and we let all of our customers know in advance as far as our Ryzen VPS'. Our recent change on August 8th affects all other categories and all customers were notified 12 hours after this pricing change, this way it allows you the needed time to adjust your server's plan, ask questions as far as invoices, and plan properly. Regarding the staff benefits, coupons, and more that you used in your services, maybe there is some sort of confusion, though I'll clarify. Once we remove an employee from our team, all benefits get removed including any monthly fees that were voided due to you joining our team and receiving these benefits. We provided all the support we could've possibly given, but the client still felt a large amount of frustration. At any time you were actively a customer with Rapid you had the ability to follow-up, ask questions, and be patient for a response. Our active business hours are 9 AM-9 PM and we operate fully remotely. Alongside this, we have daily tasks and family to take care of, which all of our customers understand. We cannot give voice chat support when you request as it depends on our scheduling and if any tasks are being undertaken. Again, I'm sorry to hear these things, and I apologize it didn't work out, however, we did all we could to work with you.

Great Support and Service

I have no complaints here whatsoever. Mr. Jamie got into a call, and we screen shared our screens and hooked me up the right way. Mr. Jamie made sure he stood by my side and made sure that i was well taken care to the fullest if not more on our transition from another hosting company. Mr. Jamie brings himself out a true businessman. Keep up the good work Jamie.

Man, this best map creator for fivem I'm getting all his maps soon or later Doctor Mean this guy here is something else when he can put a smile on your face after a bad day you know they are doing something rite and don't get their panties in a wad over stupid stuff or questions. Most Respectful Mlo Developer out there in my opinion...

Awsome timeing, Awsome price, Awsome product

I bought a 2002 Pontiac Montana van about a month ago and I was needing sum parts and I started buying parts from in a parts house and I was needing marker lights for the front and the parts house was wanting like 50.00 a pice and I found them on parts geek for 15.00 a pice plus shiping and handling I was ifey of doing it on line but I done it I would buy more parts for parts geek more often they have some of the best prices that I ever saw in a while Thank you parts geeks yall are the best KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
