When I received the trainers I was a little upset because there was stitching that was slightly off and when I messaged them they got back to me straight away and offered me an exchange. I’ve always loved crystals since I was younger but lately I’ve gotten more into them and how they work, since I’ve been going through a lot so I wanted some crystal bracelets to help me feel safe, less stressed and calm. I’ve had a great experience with Ak vibes, they packaged my order really well and even included two amethyst crystal chips which was a lovely touch. It just shows the company is owned by such lovely people and the crystals they have look amazing! I would love to visit the store one day.
