Just had my e-bike serviced—same-day turnaround—and they also helped resolve an issue with the app not unlocking the bike (turned out it just needed to be reinstalled).
I always take my bikes here after a problem with another shop, thats now closed
renewal quote for £70 higher than others, phoned to cancel renewal and had to go though 3 minutes of a phone menu only for them refuse to cancel my renewal because they had to go though a procedure, as they actually sent me a e-mail saying that the auto renewal had been cancelled it was a plus

We can confirm that our 7kWh chargers are unable to accept card payments directly and require a charge to be claimed on the Pod Point App or via guest access on our website. However you should be able to use a contactless card payment to begin a charge on the rapid/DC chargers.
Yet another insurance company ripping off their customers last years insurance was about £200 and quote from other companies are about the same of this year. Yet theAA want £300. I not even going to bother contacting them

Like Andrew I saw an ad for a promotional offer that was £5, and only one got one month of the advertised 3 months and then money started to come off the £5. I contacted customer service and he dropped the line when he answered (all he said was hello), and when I contact them by email (who has 30min to wait for someone to answer the phone) they say they need a number off the sim which is in my phone. Why? I gave them the phone number and the they had my email address surely thats all they need to find my details

Useless website. You can't even contact them if something goes wrong when your trying to buy insurance, as they don't provide a phone number, it's just a portal whatever that is. and no I am not registering with my date of birth

Excellent community pub. I was only in there for a few hours, but the other customers and staff were very friendly and the drinks they had on offer were of wonderful quality. Pity I don't live in the area, but I will be going back

I can't fault it, its only been down twice. Once National power sub contactors dug though the cable, 2nd unknown. Speeds are consent - but this is down to Openreach
I have been with the for 7 years. They buy Openreach infrastructure from the home to the exchange and then BT onwards. They are wholly own by BT
