Terrible customer service
Good items to purchase in store, customer service not great at all. Wanted to replace the tape on my handlebars, so worker at the store told me to email and they’ll order them in and I can pop in to get them fitted. Simple enough. So I email and they say it’s fine about the tape and to bring my bike in on the Wednesday morning. I bring it in, and nothing in the system about me coming in and no tape. So have to rebook for the Saturday, and go back home. Waste of a journey and time. This time I ordered the tape in store as apparently you can’t do it via email. I get them to confirm they’ll be able to do it on the Saturday, and they say yes. Come in on the saturday and they say the bike will be ready on monday or tuesday. It’s a small job that should take 30 minutes at max? Why do they need 3/4 days? Honestly ridiculous, just full of excuses on why they can’t do it. They then say oh come in the following Saturday we should be able to do it then. Key word should. No guarantee they’ll do it, I would probably come in for the third time and they’ll say oh yeah sorry we’re all busy it will take a few days to get to it. Why take bookings when you can’t stick to the time? If I book my car in for an MOT or service they do it the same day, they don’t say to me oh come back in 3/4 days for it. Avoid this shop. Maybe other branches are better. Just come for accessories but not a service.
