Review of Elder
From start to finish, every interaction with Elder was considered, supportive and helpful. The initial consultations were happening at a very chaotic and stressful time but Leila and the team were amazing - helping expedite the process efficiently and quickly, but with care and empathy. The process of choosing the carer and engaging them via the online portal was perfect, and worked well for two siblings who were co-manging the situation remotely.
I would, and already have recommended Elder to friends with parents in similar situations. I just wish we'd done it sooner.
