Truly Appalling service. we had bond 40+ years, now want to withdraw some, they simply will not allow it, Took one mth for them to send the withdrawal form, now they won't acknowledge its receipt even though we proof of delivery. Online help is appalling, they stall you then it logs you out and you have to start the stall all over again, telephone support was just rude and almost offensive,

I have just used iSmash in Meadowhall. they came highly recommended from a lady working in carphone warehouse as I had an issue charging my iphone. The chap looked at my phone, understood the issue, which was dirt and dust in my charger point hooked it all out for me. All done in 5 minutes. great and friendly customer service , highly recommended. cheers, Dave
