Very efficient service and no friction
Very efficient service and no friction. The tiny room for improvement would be to have made it clear what it was that was to be renewed in the reminder. It was extra cover taken a year ago and a memory jog would have been useful.

Making a booking was 95% user-friendly but req'd 2 searches to ascertain best deal when a comparison based on one date set would have made it 100%.
