Bought for my 2 older grandsons for their grandads ashes… not jewellery wearers but had purchased 3 already for my granddaughters, and it’s a personal keepsake for them. In time they can do something else with the ashes if they wish to do so

The delivery was disgusting,I paid £13.99 for next day delivery, for 2 days I waited in & they said they tried to deliver but no one was in, I have a ring bell too, so know they hadn’t attempted to deliver. I rang both Very & Yodel but nothing!! Very refunded me for the delivery. Then on the 3rd day, I went out and they had just dumped the 4 chairs by my rubbish bin, not buzzed even

Ordered a couple of baby grows and a baby walker, received the baby grows, no walker, tracked the order, never left the dispatch office, rang Very, they said delivery was refused, and returned. They never even tried, so had to re order, fingers crossed it will arrive this time

I waited ages for the delivery, customer service was poor, when I emailed chasing the delivery, they said if I email again my query would go down the line. On receiving my item, it was too big, did a return & again waited ages. Good quality products, but has put me off ordering again
