Easy to deal with. Got my ski's imported from the Netherlands to England. All tax and fee's were payable to UPS, worked really well.

I originally book my trip for January way back in October and as this was a booking for France I should have been there now, it got cancelled. Crystal were very quick to fully refund my monies I have now rebooked with them to go a few weeks later. Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly this time. The only criticism I have is I also have another booking later in the year which I need to add extra legroom it would be nice to be able to do this online I've put off calling them given the circumstances. But overall I'm happy to book with crystal.

Travelled several times with Inghams and on the hole very happy with them. Some of the other guests at this chalet made their job harder than it needed to be! But the staff coped well.

Surprised how quickly i received my order. very impressed.

I ordered a new pair of salomon q105 with guardian 13 bindings. Prices was excellent and they were delivered quicker than I was expecting with the bindings fitted. They don't sell there ski's ready to ski, but all that was needed was some minor adjustment to the bindings and a few layers of ski wax.
Overall very happy with my new ski's unfortunately I have the wait until January to try then out on the slopes.

Placed an order for the EX demo head titan ski’s on the 22nd of December and where dispatched promptly considering it was Christmas arriving on the 31st of the month. The ski’s were well packed and as described (EX Demo) so not new but in very good condition. I have checked the binding and seem to have been adjusted to correctly with the information I have given then. Overall very satisfied with the ski’s and poles.
