Happy with one reservation

Prompt efficient service and I'm happy with the jacket I ordered.

My only reservation is that the care instructions indicate the jacket should be dry cleaned and not ironed but it arrived folded up so had to be ironed before wearing. Maybe reconsider packaging for items like this.

Service okay but a little slow and not sure about delivery method used

The ordering process was straightforward and my order was delivered in the specified timescale but compared to other online retailers I thought this was quite slow. Also the Royal Mail tracked delivery requiring a signature and photo was on this occasion successful it could have been inconvenient as in recent experience Royal Mail even their tracked service can be unreliable with post going missing.

Happy with purchase but customer service could be better.

Eventually happy with the purchase but disappointed that it took 3 deliveries, numerous emails and more than 2 weeks to address a fault with the original cushion.

A great app for weight management

I’ve been using MyFitnessPal for nearly 11 years and find it invaluable in helping me manage my weight. My only criticism is the delay in opening the app and that it regularly logs out first time so I have to click on it a second time.

Extremely disappointed

A few days after ordering a jacket from Blacks I had an email saying my order was cancelled and it was no longer available. A week later the same jacket was still being advertised on the website. I contacted Customer Services who told me sometimes there's a time delay updating the website about product availability. My experience of the company as compared with other Retailers is that they need to ensure the website is always up-to-date.

Excellent service and products

Items I ordered were delivered very promptly with regular updates on delivery timescale. Roasting dishes are good quality and hopefully will be long lasting. Nesting bowl set are lovely and also great quality.

2/3 ain’t bad

3 recent purchases, 2 of which were great (Seafolly shorts and Solander jumpsuit) but 1 (Phase Eight sparkly leggings) was very disappointing ☹️. I’m usually a 12 but definitely an apple shape but these would only have suited a generous pear so had to send them back. Process all very efficient but I lost nearly £10 from this unsatisfactory purchase. I understand the rationale in charging postage for orders and returns for discounted goods but still frustrating.
