It’s a good product. It took a long time to complete but that was due to the weather.
There seems to be a little mis- communication at head office. When the prep work had been completed someone rang to ask if we’d be interested in a resin drive!! We were not always rung back after we’d called. One person said our name would highlighted so someone would call and collected the Next Generation sign- someone else said to bin the sign because it wasn’t worth collecting. All little things but which make the customer wonder about the organisation.

I ordered a chiminea on 5th Dec. It is now 13th Dec. No mention of when it might be despatched, let alone delivered. I live in hope !
