Fantastic Experience!

I was so impressed by this company!

Had a flat tyre 5pm Thursday so called my usual ATS Ctr who couldnt have been more unhelpful. Despite having an account, they couldnt do anything for me until 7 days later; and their attitude was pretty bad! I tried 3 ATS ctrs and their mobile unit ... hopeless ... all couldnt be bothered, shocking service.

So I found these guys with an internet search, went on line, booked an appointment for the next day, lovely chap arrived before lunch, replaced the tyre within 10 minutes! Couldnt believe the price was so low either ... over 50% less than ATS ... and paying was simple via a mobile app. (pay after work has been done ... I like that!)

Im just so impressed at how easy, quick and cheap these guys were ... 10/10

From now on, I'll only be using this company!

Nice designs but VERY cheap market stall materials

Just added this note to my review, as reading other reviews here, I suspect a lot might be fake! As some others have said, the quality is REALLY bad, so how anyone could honestly be happy with paying designer brand money for market stall quality eludes me? Anyway, here’s my honest review …

I was keen to try Force-wear T-shirts, as the designs looked really good! So when they had a recent sale offering T-shirts at around £13 plus posting, I thought I’d give them a try.

Can’t say I was that impressed tbh. Whilst delivery was within a few days, the quality of the t-shirt was nothing to write home about, no better than you’d find in Primark for around £5. At the normal asking price then, I’d say these are vastly overpriced …. even at the sale price I felt as if I was a little overcharged!

I then ordered a hoodie/sweatshirt … and it’s here I was most disappointed; in fact, more ripped off! Delivery took a number of weeks and the XL size had to be returned as it was way off sizing of the t-shirts. Quality was DIRE! This is the type of top you’d expect not to buy in at a market store for £10. It’s not even hoodie/sweatshirt material, it’s thin and rough and after washing just feels awful. Forget a nice soft hoodie to keep you warm, this is horrible. Ironically, inside the label it says “made from the tears of your enemies" … have to say, I think they were my tears and the enemy weren’t doing anything but laughing! You can by a lovely soft and warm hoodie for £20 from H&M … which will be 10 times the quality at half the price if you factor in delivery.

In summary then … lovey designs, but the quality is shockingly bad and far from being disappointed, you’ll actually feel ripped off! Even if the hoodies were reduced to £10 with free delivery I wouldn’t buy one, they’re that bad. It’s a shame, as the designs are great and I presume it’s a good cause … but I can’t see these guys getting much repeat business with the quality and price of their offering.

Go outdoors are a disgrace

Just looking at all the same cut and paste replies to customer complaints here, says it all about this company’s service level and disinterest when it comes to solving people’s problems.

Go outdoors are a disgrace. I returned a £270 tent and purchased a larger alternative for £150 more. Because I purchased the 1st tent via Klarna, I wasn’t Allowed to pay the difference. Instead I had to purchase the new tent and wait for go outdoors to refund the old one. To cut a long story short, after five months chasing for my refund (having had Klana take all the payments) and over 5 store visits, I still don’t have my refund. Go outdoors customer services told me I had to speak to Klarna to get my refund, Klarna said I had to speak to go outdoors! No one cares or seems bothered … just leaving me out of pocket by nearly £300! This is not the first time this has happened either (along with damaged deliveries, next day deliveries taking 2 weeks, items that show in stock that aren’t really … the list goes on), but it certainly is the last time I will ever buy from Go Outdoors again … and Can I suggest anybody looking to purchase from them online do not waste their time … you’ll only loose money, loose your goods, or at best, receive them damaged weeks late! Disgraceful company and customer service.

Discounts are a BIG CON!

This company should be investigated by Trading Standards for false advertising/misleading promotions. Each day a new % discount offer is sent, ranging from 20% to 50% off ... but look closely and you'll see them amend the purchase price, in line with the discount. That means, wether you get 10% or 40% off, you'll always be paying roughly the same price ... sometimes more even though the discount is more! I think that's shady trading and I've now started to purchase my products from a more reputable company!

Fantastic

fantastic! First time order and a little apprehensive about the quality of what I’d receive. Shouldn’t have worried; item arrived 3 days later EXTREMELY well packaged with a personal gift and money off vouchers. The trophy itself was better than expected and overal, 10/10 and I’ll Definitely buy again.

Great online retailer

Love outdoor kit.

Good selection and prices are either good or very good. Items always arrive quickly, brand new, as advertised and their returns (and refunds) procedure works well. When I’ve had to speak to anyone in person, I’ve always found them extremely pleasant and very willing to help. I’ve ordered a number of items from them and trust what I’ve ordered will arrive with no issues.

WOW ... a Quality Jeweller 100% recommended from the UK!

WOW ... these guys are fantastic!

I ordered a lovely Spinnaker Dumas online and was, in the first place, very pleased with the price I paid. I was then given a seven day delivery time from the Netherlands to the UK ... but to my surprise, the watch appeared only a few days later!

I was SO impressed by the packaging! The watch box itself was gift wrapped with a bow and wrapped securely in industrial bubble wrap. Certainly no chance of it or the box getting damaged! I then got a hand written thank you letter tied with a bow to documents ... and best of all, a gorgeous Stroopwafel biscuit as a gift!

Now this is how you sell and this is how you look after your customers!

Only problem I have now is that I'm addicted to Stroopwafels!

Thank you Serious Watches (and Steven) ... I'll be back o buy more very soon!

Recommended!

I had a 2011 iMac with a faulty Graphics Card that both Jigsaw and KRCS said they couldn't repair (service, help, advice etc from the later company was abysmal!). Mac repair were great. Yes they use recon parts stripped from other machines, but they repaired my Mac within 10 days when no one else could/wanted to, at what I considered to be a very fair price of £320 ... much better than the £2,000+ needed for a new machine (as advised by KRCS ... who even then didn't seem bothered about advising on the best solution, despite the fact I had money to spend!)

I'd definitely recommend and use again ... thanks guys!

Uninterested & unhelpful staff

I was very disappointed. Instore the guy just didn’t seem interested in listening, offering advice, discussing my issues or helping me part with the best part of £3000 for a new iMac. His knowledge on macs and software seemed very limited; and his disinterest in discussing Mac products or wanting to help was quite apparent.

Back at the repair ctr I was told my current iMac had bit the dust; but again no interest in any form of solution, options or even suggestions that might help my predicament.

I reached out for freindly advice and help in parting the cash from my wallet, but instead ended up online for advice and the Applestore for the purchase of my new Mac.

First time ordering ... 100% recommended!

First time ordering ... so impressed I ordered again!

1. Ordered 2 Jack Wolfskin coats which came in their retail packaging, with tags, just how the shops would have them delivered ... so 10/10.

2. Selected delivery for the following week and items arrived as selected ... not like some companies where they come days earlier or later than requested (or not at all!) 10/10

3. Price. What can you say ... half the price of instore and FAR cheaper than Amazon. 10/10

4. Easy of ordering: 10/10 - clear and simple to use website!

5. Down sides? Yes ... I’m spending too much money 🤪

is This the sort of company you want to spend money with?

My order failed to turn up, and nearly 4 weeks after ordering and MANY EMAILS to customer services, still no order or refund. For the past 8 days they’ve been saying they’re investigating with their courier (who say they delivered it which is odd as my security cameras show NO DELIVERY ... the usual lying Hermes delivery driver!); meanwhile one of their loyal customers (no longer!) is left without product or a refund. Any company that offers next day delivery but 4 weeks after a customer hasn’t received goods still refuses to send a replacement or refund is pretty shoddy in my eyes ... but if that’s the sort of company you wish to spend your money with then fair enough. I await a reply to this post from Someone at my protein ..; no doubt saying ‘please contact us’. Ok, I’ll contact you again for the 20th time and look forward to your standard response (from generic Chris W) ‘please get in touch with us’ ... like I haven’t been doing that for the past 4 weeks and getting fobbed off!

steer well clear!!!!!!

I'm sorry but most of the reviews on here are clearly fake - an internet search for Zavvi reviews will clearly prove this point, with a 94% negative rating!

As for my 1st experience of using this shoddy excuse for a retailer: they advertised Star Wars drones on Facebook at £49 each with free T-shirts - so I ordered two and received an email later to confirm next day delivery (which I'd paid extra for) by Hermes (say no more!) between 1pm and 3pm. So I waited in ALL day until 8pm and gave up. Tracking info still showed the same delivery details; and still does 7 days later ... but no delivery, no contact from the carrier (as promised by Zavvi) and speaking to Zavvi online ... they're just not interested at all and ar as much help as a chocolate teapot!

I asked to cancel the order as it was for my Sons Birthday hence the next day delivery but they refused; and a week later, still no goods ... but they have my money!

Luckily I paid via Paypal so Ive managed to have a refund in part for the T-Shirts; still awaiting the rest of the refund for the drones though.

I personally would never use this company again (I'll stick to Amazon) and would advise everyone to steer well clear!!!!!!

false advertising & fake discounts!

Whilst the products seem ok, I’m fed up of this company emailing 35% off products one day, 55% the next, 25% the next etc etc etc. All they do is raise the cost price and apply a higher discount - making it look a great deal ... until you look at your past orders to see you paid a lot less with no offer (than for example, the current 50% off one!) I see this as false advertising and it’s stopped me buying from this company on principle. It just defeats the whole point of having offers; and as I said, actually puts people off buying. I’ve quizzed Myprotein marketing dept about this MANY times and have NEVER recieved a reply - to the point they even blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page!

Im fed up of DAILY emails from My …

Im fed up of DAILY emails from My Protein promising a variety of differing daily discounts only to find, at checkout, the discounts may be higher than offered previously, BUT the price has been inflated accordingly resulting in a higher price than paid before despite a greater discount. Smacks of false advertising to me!

Their latest BLACK FRIDAY 33% discount gave me a product at £5 more than I paid for it last time (without discount) ... its a commom theme with MP and something that puts me off buying from them. As it is, I only buy when I can get a cheaper price than my last order ... I dont listen to their silly fake discounts!!!!

Ive compained on their webiste before about these tactics ... only to be blocked!!!

Changing my original feedback

I originally gave a 5 star review - that was until I received an email a week into my insurance (after being told they had all the documentation they required) saying my insurance was due to be terminated - with no reason given. I never received a letter and its a good job I checked my emails ... made harder as I've just moved address and don't have internet access just yet ... and the email arrived in my spam folder. It turned out they also needed a copy of my new driving licence (despite sending an old paper version copy and being told that was ok). I sent that, chased and luckily I did, was then told I needed to provide further information. Its a good job I checked as no one came to me to say they needed more. I sent this further information, and again checked as no one bothered to call me back as I requested ... low and behold to find they now wanted a copy of the V5 despite saying they didn't need it previously (and I record all MY calls so can prove this!). So, today I've sent another email with documentation.

I'm disappointed then that I have had to keep chasing myself (requests for confirmation ignored) and when doing so, being told I need to send more information that I was told previously wasn't required. Short of a DNA sample they now have everything I could possibly provide in relation to me, the car and my address!

The worrying thing is, I could have very easily been driving around in an uninsured Porsche (and I note; with lapsed insurance that was new as they wouldn't cover my new address under my old policy! So my cost went from £208 to nearly £500 AND I risked being done for no insurance!)

Next time I think I'll just use a broker or someone more reliable.

Will certainly use again!

I found this jeweller by chance whilst searching the Internet for the best price on a TW Steel watch. Not only were they the cheapest, ordering was easy and the watch arrived next day as promised. Why buy from eBay or other online stores when you can get cheaper from an actual jeweller! Will definitely use again :-)
