I am very pleased with these first three items I purchased from Brook Taverner (Shooting jacket, shirt, short sleeved pullover). What particularly impressed me was the great way that this company reacted when I contacted them to tell them that that the jacket had a small fault in the collar. They were very helpful and immediately dispatched a replacement item to me so that I received it the very next morning, even though at that stage I had not returned the faulty item.

Yet again Tooled-up.com provided a great service. The tools that I purchased (Britool 35 Piece Professional Ratcheting Screwdriver Set) was just as described on their web site and at a very good price; and the delivery was quick and efficient - including advising me when the item had been dispatched.
