Fitting Blinds / Safety hooks

Well fitting blinds you only need to be able to use a drill, but fitting the safety hooks the fitter used the hammer drill, cracking all the walls when fitting these. There is no doubt about their bad workmanship, and I got my handyman/decoration to make good as I wanted a professional to deal with this (did this with discussion with the company). Of course they are now putting obstacles in covering the costs, latest invoice sent to them and now wondering how they will try and get out of paying this.

When our fitter installed the blinds, he accidentally caused a small hairline fracture to the wall when attaching the child safety mechanism required by law. We took full responsibility for this immediately and offered to send one of our team to repair the damage.

During our discussion, it was made clear that the best option moving forward was to use a handyman selected by you, we accommodated this request in order to resolve this to your satisfaction. In order to provide a reimbursement, we did have some stipulations we needed for our accounts team.

The stipulations were unable to be met and so we issued a reasonable resolution for both parties as quickly as possible.

New front window and no fuss

I had autoglass out for a chip on my windscreen and the technician spotted that an old chip had cracked. He informed me that I could have a new windscreen as this was a failed repair. So really pleased as I had no idea a chip had this cover.

Returning items is unfairly costed.

Delivery is free for any order, however if you return any items you get deducted a charged for postage from the refund fee and on top you have pay for the return postage. This is unfair especially if the order was for more than 1 item, hence the postage is not wasted when goods being sent, and if you return 2 items you get charged £4 per item, so you get stung for each item. Also we returned items due to GASP sizing not being consistent.
