This company is a pleasure to do business with. Their representatives are friendly, helpful and courteous and go the extra mile to help you. They cover pre-existing conditions in the over 70s and do so at a reasonable price.

I think your efforts to aid proper customer response are admirable but it is a shame that companies like De'Longhi, which seems to be attracting a lot of poor reviews from your users, can simply ignore what your users say. Have you considered publishing and publicising a list of poorly performing companies with big names?

I bought a Magnifica ESAM Bean to Cup coffee maker three years ago to replace a much loved De Longhi model which had reached the end of its life. The company recommended a model to replace the previous one at what it claimed was a discounted price. The new model seemed to have been designed by a work experience student in terms of its ease of use (eg, trying to remove and replace the water container) and appearance (a facade described as "silver" which seemed like such an inappropriate description for grey, tatty plastic). The machine has completely given up the ghost (refuses to allow the drip tray, coffee grounds receptacle or infuser to be removed or the service panel to be shut) and the company demands £150 minimum to service it so it's currently waiting to go to the tip. To be fair it has made good coffee but the design, after sales service and company approach (a 'phone call didn't even lead to an offer of a £5 voucher towards a replacement machine) deserve nothing higher than a 1* review so 2** seems fair overall. This is very much not my normal style of review.

I was passed to this company by a third party and was most impressed with their pricing and their quick response. I hope I will have no need to call upon their policy's protection and, despite my wife and I being in our 70s, I really don't expect to find the need. However, we are able to travel with the legal protection we need.

Very good availability, everything done as promised, good product and a helpful contribution to our Christmas shopping. Well done, and I am happy to recommend your services.

We chose a selection of cook

We booked an Airport/Hotel return transfer. The instructions for the meeting place referred to a desk which we couldn't find but to be fair there was a speedy text (with alternative instructions!) and an immediate answer when we 'phoned the number we had been given. The transfer to the hotel was fine after a 5-10 minute wait for the driver. The return transfer was a little bizarre - the driver turned up a few minutes before the due time, sat outside in his car and then texted us to say he was there. Not sure why he didn't just come in to the hotel when he arrived. The reason we didn't go out was because the car was quite obviously not a taxi so we didn't think he was our driver. When we got in the car I asked if it was a taxi and he said no, but he would take us to the airport. I guess we should have refused to go with him but we crossed our fingers and, despite some fast driving, we got to the right place at the right time. However, I am left wondering what would have happened had we had a bang on the way to the airport. Were we insured? I got the impression that this was a mate doing a favour rather than a professional driver providing the service we had paid for. Who knows? No worries this time but clarity in what to expect would be helpful. Was it legit and insured or not?

The flights went well with good, comfortable seats and efficient, pleasant crew members. The cabin crew on the return flight were particularly friendly. The hotel was well situated within walking distance of all areas of the city - with the free tram transport for 70+ visitors a great bonus. Our top floor room was pleasant and quirky, clean and well appointed. The hotel staff tried hard to be helpful with varying commands of English but the hotel was without facilities for the traveller: for example, there was a bar at the end of the breakfast room but it wasn't expected to be used by guests. Breakfast was, by all reports, very good but it was expensive by local standards and local cafes were much better value. As a city break this was a good choice and Jet 2 provided a good value experience.

The price of the insurance compares very favourably with other products from other insurers and in many cases its benefits are superior to more expensive alternatives.

The choice was wide, the delivery was as promised and on time, the product appears solid and easy to put together and we're happy with the entire experience.

The promised quick response to emails, which I met with some scepticism, turned out to be both accurate and helpful. I have joined Octopus by force, so to speak, with Shell selling out to them but so far so good.

Jet2 are very reliable and I have come to trust their descriptions and their service. On this occasion we found the hotel excellent and the position almost unbeatable. Flights are "no frills" but safe and generally well organised and the customer support is very valuable with travel reps, cabin crew and call centre staff all polite, friendly and efficient. It's a good company in my opinion and I will continue to use them in the future. Croatia remains a beautiful country and a reasonably priced holiday destination although prices have rocketed recently. I thoroughly recommend Cavtat as a centre for a relaxing holiday and the Hotel Croatia as a very pleasant base.

Good, safe parking, cheaper than advertised and very secure. This was my first experience of "JustPark" and I will certainly use them again. It's a great way of finding appropriate parking especially in a town or city with which one is unfamiliar.

Speedy delivery, improved clarity to help buy the appropriate cartridges and no reason to doubt that they are anything other than perfectly adequate.

Service was extremely efficient and helpful and enabled us to find the best replacement seal for our shower. I was impressed with the speed of delivery, the availability of a test strip and the support from the firm. Absolutely excellent.

The engineer visit was straightforward to book online. Had the appointment been able to be made for an earlier day and we could have been given some idea of when the engineer would arrive rather than a call twenty minutes before it would have been five stars. Certainly the service was first class and very helpful, polite and friendly. To be fair, the dishwasher was working well for Christmas, which was a relief!

Nothing to complain about; good value and the chosen company was what it claimed to be. Easy to recommend.

I found the quotation on a comparison website and it saved me over £40 in comparison with my existing policy. The features and cover are extremely good and fit for purpose for us. The documentation is thorough and detailed and I can see no reason not to rate it as five stars.

A bit disorganised but some good deals and obviously joining the card scheme is a no-brainer. We found exactly what we were looking for and were happy with our shopping experience.
