We downsized recently and needed storage beds so firstly I ordered a single for our spare room so I could check out the company and the quality and was pleased with both. I also found it fairly easy to attach the separate headboard myself. I then went ahead and ordered a double with floor-standing headboard and paid extra to have it assembled and the packaging and an old mattress taken away. Again I was very pleased with all aspects - the quality, delivery, assembly etc. Very happy to recommend this company and its ottoman storage beds.

Was kept informed at every stage. Queries were answered quickly. People were available to speak to. All in all a smooth process.

One star is one too many. Firstly, waited weeks for it to arrive. Secondly, it does not pair to my phone and I cannot use the app. Thirdly their 'customer service' is virtually non-existent. I wait literally weeks for any reply to my emails and even then the reply completely avoids addressing the problem. I have now given up. I will write this purchase off as I do not trust that I'll ever get a refund if I return it. I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing. Buyer Beware!

Quality product, well packaged and reasonably priced but, disappointingly, delivery was on the slow side. Ordered before 12.30 noon on a Thursday but item not received until the following Wednesday. Will have to allow for this if placing further orders.

Very easy company to deal with. The blind samples requested were free and dispatched immediately. Instructions for measuring, and later fitting, were clear. The blinds themselves were simple to fit. Our white one arrived, well packaged, after only a couple of days and our pink one took around a week. The blinds were good value, nice quality and communications were efficient. There were no problems. The website was well designed and easy to navigate. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Very pleased.
