A utterly fabulous team and company

A utterly fabulous team and company, competitive prices and great customer service. The only reason they don’t get 5* is not even their fault but as an overseas customer post Brexit……
Other than that they’re the best, which is why I’ve been a customer for many years and hope to be so for many more.

I love you guys

I love you guys! The 4* is only because I live outside the UK and getting your products here……it’s a bit of an odyssey. And so I now don’t get those little treats you used to surprise me with 😢, but your company is great! Great selection, prices and sales! And your customer service is a 10* all of its own!!! Me and my brood are devoted fans 🥰

An exemplar company

The only reasons there are not 5*s is there was no treat in with my order 🤭 and following brexit getting an order out to me is more expensive and can no longer be delivered to my home. Despite this I am happy to pay more and again on arrival and travel to collect because the company and its personnel are honestly second to none x

love you guys!

What bad can I say about a company that sends me chickpea and sweets when I make an order?! The product choice is great and the prices are good (I monitor the sales like a hawk!)
If I had a single gripe it would be the cost of p&p to current destination (to my home was lost with the advent of the beloved BREXIT 🥺) please let me know if p&p to Spain is ever resolved 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is…

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I only received my mat today and used it for the first time but on first impressions….it’s very nice, great grip and a lovely texture to the mats surface, nice on my skin despite the good grip
And I just love my bag, it’s soooo pretty and has two handy pockets! Very nice . Thank you pharamond life!

Prompt and fair with an extra touch of kindness

I live in rural Spain, my order was here within a week for a very reasonable fee. Furthermore what I delightfully thought was a happy mistake (a Cadbury Fudge) in my order was confirmed as an intentional act of kindness from the company!
Very happy with my products, Dan Sherrie and H.S.Ballad also give their thanks
And very happy with the service, count me a customer here on out 😘

A little dissapointed

The customer help I recived from Wells Poultry was very good and quickly helped me with the delivery issues I had.
The Package arrived promptly but one of the Chicken Feeders I ordered arrived broken as did the recipient the Mealworms came in and they were loose all over the other items in the box which was dissapointing

We actually cancelled and refunded this order as we are unable to delivery parcels over 2 kg to a BFPO address.

I'm not sure how you received the order when we have no record of it being despatched.
