good site, fast reservation, terrible rental car
Excellent start, good site and booking was done nice and fast.
Once @ Dubai airport we received a terrible car, old, full off scratches and not in line with what we expected. After we complained we got "an upgrade" which meant, same car other color. What do you do? we accepted the car, tired, and left to drive to the hotel.. by the way with an empty gas tank so we had to drive thru half Dubai to find a gas station... bad start thx to dollar rent a car!!!!
