Never received the order for which I paid

I ordered sunglasses and never received them. They were supposed to be sent within 5 days, it says that in the long table they have in their terms and conditions. I wrote emails but nothing happened. I got a rude email saying: it will be delivered on time. I questioned it because the website specifically says 5 days for my country, sent them a print screen od their own website and then never heard back.

Never recieved package, Burton failed to act

I never received the package with my winter stuff and Burton EU refused to take action. They kept asking if my neighbours have the package (in Switzerland), but DPD never delivered it, and they were supposed to get signature. Burton just kept stalling - saying DPD doesn’t respond to them. At the end of the day I lost the money, it was not refunded. I understand that things go wrong, however, it is the complete lack of any action by customer service to get to the bottom of it. And that is a company you can’t trust if the customer service do nothing to resolve the situation..

Too expensive for the quality

Too expensive for the quality. Bad colours - really dull, matt. The foil is thin and it breaks before you take it off. Really not worth the money. Would never buy from them again, for this price I was expecting something MUCH better.

Embarassing

The song was so bad, I never even showed it to my husband. The lyrics were so lazy, the music itself super generic and the vocals sounding as if a child sang it. There is no complaint process. I would be embarrassed to gift the song.

Worst service in the world

First, the driver sent me a message saying my 8pm delivery would be 2-3 HOURS late (making it midnight). Then, as I saw him in his van outside my building he REFUSED to deliver my order because he couldnt find my door. I pointed him towards two happy, smiling concierges who were more than happy to assist but he said they didn’t know where the flats are (which is a lie...). I also kept saying that I m here, standing in front of you, showing you where I live but he just drove off. I spoke to my concierges - of course they know where we love and we’re happy to pass on this information. I took a video of the end of tbe conversation (because no one would believe it otherwise!) and sent it to Ocado. They didn’t care and laughed saying it was just too ridiculous. They took it as a funny joke and not as ruining our evening. It was only my second OCADO delivery and definitely my last. the first one was late. I tried to call OCADO but after 15 minute wait for the next available customer service representative I simply gave up.

Unfortunately I had to call again as I have been promised a redelivery the same evening which never arrived. The customer service person said he will call me right back, delivery is coming. Two hours later it took further further 35 minutes on hold listening to garbage like “it is so quick to order everything with one click”. It doesn’t mention that while it might be easy to order online, getting the delivery seems to be impossible! So far I have spent 3 hours trying to deal with it - thank you for taking my money and ruining our evening and tomorrow’s morning when I have to take my 8 weeks infant son to go supermarket shopping instead of having a nice family breakfast. Eventually I have been told (after 35 minutes of being on hold) that the customer rep who was dealing with my order who was supposed to call me back 2 hours ago has gone home. Just like that. No one cared. No one told me I should stop waiting. And so they just said they will rearrange my order for another day like nothing happened. Really? So I can go through this all over again?! No thank you.

Honestly - if you think Ocado is a premium service - think again. It is by far the worst customer service I have ever received: driver too lazy to unload the shopping, customer customer service rep forgetting to deal with my case and another one laughing at us. Really, truly, appalling.

If you value your time - please please please avoid Ocado as the drivers are rude & the customer service inadequate.

Ocado keeps asking me for my email and post code but it leads no further and I feel like I have exhausted these options.

P.s. the driver has publicly threatened me with a lawsuit for sharing my opinion which is now incredibly distressing for us.

really bad - feel cheated

i ordered a cabinet online. it arrived battered, damaged, pieces missing. it was clearly opened before, perhaps returned already, then covered with cling film. how could they send something like this to a customer? it is clear it wasn’t courier’s fault because all the courier stickers were planted onto the cling film... i feel incredibly cheated and it just shows they have no respect for customers

I doubt we ever receive what we paid for

I doubt we ever receive what we paid for. I first thought they use the worst courier company but now I think Cuckooland is equally bad because they ignored the whole issue. We encountered multiple problems with delivery company: only some of the parts of the products have been delivered, one has been seriously damaged. We asked for a solution but Cuckooland failed to respond, which is appalling. Literally no email reply, no phone call. Not a single apology, no refund. I can see here that many people had the same problems and Cuckooland did absolutely nothing about it and continues to use the same courier (wanting to save money?). I run my own business and if I had a supplier who ruins my business I would fire them. But Cucukooland is not protecting its own customers who clearly spoke here below. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered from Cuckooland. We have not asked for a full refund because it is very frustrating and not worth all the stress. I haven't received Feefo review link - I think that must be sent only selected happy customers.

absolutely do not use this company

absolutely do not use this company. they are horrible. the customer service member told me that I can complain all I want. the driver was extremely rude on the phone, quite abusive, never delivered my item. we complained to customer services but they couldn’t care less. the customer service guy on the phone even LAUGHED at me when I tried to explain to him. So disrespectful, beyond belief. horrible horrible horrible.

Fantastic customer service

I have been a customers for years, as i move with work I used them in many countries in europe and i was always happy. Every issue I had was really quickly resolved, the customer service team are excellent! So i do have trust that if something goes wrong there is someone to assist me. Items always come nicely wrapped, easy to return.

Untrustworthy, not possible to get a refund

I ordered something on 24 November and when it hasn’t arrived in two weeks I sent several messages to Asos. I never got a single reply. I kept messaging them for two weeks and no one bothered to reply. What happened was they didn’t put the address on the DHL packet, they refused to refund me (i assume so because they didn’t respond to my messages about refund for parcels not received). Until this day no one replied - it has been 2 months.

Unreliable, difficult to get money back

We booked a mobile engineer to come to fix our tyre but he never turned up. Totally unreliable. The customer service team didn't care I had an important appointment the following day and I needed the car - all they said was "we don't have any other engineers at this time). I rushed out of the house to find a Kwik Fit store before closing and the mobile team was so difficult that I wanted to cry. They didn't want to refund me and said that they will transfer the job to the Kwik Fit store at which I was in but then they didn't. It took the manager to call them twice, I had to call them and apparently the admin staff was too busy to forward the email... It took another 40 minutes and then the shop was closing. I cannot tell you how unreliable this company is.

Excellent

Excellent. I just realised that in 18 months since we installed it we didn't have a single issue. We never restarted it, never had to retype the password, it is super fast. I cannot comment on customer service because we never had to call them. Not even a minute problem.

I was served raw chicken today

I was served raw chicken today. It was completely pink and cold. The manager said they add chicken to the cooking one and they "too quickly"put in into the serving station. Very dangerous. I felt bad afterwards, not going back for sure

Really difficult to get a refund for fully refundable hotel

I booked a hotel that was fully refundable. I canclled in only to book another hotel with Expedia. I never had so many problems getting a refund. Apparently there was a technical error and my refund wasn't processed. Then the customer service said they will process it manually, but they didn't. I called again, and again the same story. When I spoke to supervisor she said it was definitely processed but REFUSED to send me receipt of the refund. She hang up when I questioned her why. When I called again they said they will refund me manually... Same story, but no money.
