Ordered flowers on a friday evening for a friend who had suddenly been taken ill.They were delivered at 9.30am the following morning ! I didn't see the bouquet of yellow roses with blue freesias,but my friend said they were beautiful.Superb service as always

We are also a small husband & wife team running a small garden nursery & recently started using a wireless credit card machine;this was only supplied with 1 small spare paper roll,which was running out fast,so we needed to find a supplier quite quickly.The first 2 companies we looked at didn't have the paper compatible with our machine,but Tillrollking did.We were delighted with the extremely quick service & delivery ; plus the excellent communications regarding dispatch & delivery.Will be using this company from now on & would recommend.Thank you !!

My built in oven decided to break down at only just over 3 years old,which was an unexpected expense.However,AO had an excellent choice at very good prices compared to any of the other retailers.Having used them before,I had no hesitation in doing so this time.My only criticism is the follow up phone call you always get trying to push you into having the D&G extended warranty/policy ; very annoying & more likely to put customers off if they feel bullied into taking this type of option.I decided to pay extra to have the old appliance taken away & new one fitted,which saved having to pay an electrician ; our fitter was excellent & explained everything very clearly.He also took photographs of the work carried out & left everything spotless.There was excellent communications from the company & driver stating when they would be there.Brilliant service

When my washing machine broke down recently,we realised it couldn't be repaired & ordered a new one from AO.Less than 24 hours later,it had arrived & had been installed - fantastic service !! I did pay extra for disconnection & removal of the old machine,plus installation of the new one,but this was,in my opinion still excellent value for money;plus the team doing the work were excellent & efficient.I now have a lovely new machine with an extra large drum,which is far quieter than my old one & works superbly.A BRILLIANT service & I will not hesitate to use or recommend AO again

We have been looking for a stylish storage solution for our CD collection for ages & found exactly what we wanted in Oak furniture land;not only that,but it was half price ! during the ordering process,I was told that the free delivery could be up to 3 weeks;but a confirmation email gave a date for less than 1 week later.The item is solid,well made & looks superb next to our other furniture.Next on the 'wish list' is a dining table - and I know exactly where it will be coming from ! thank you Oakfurnitureland

We ordered the raspberry ripple flower basket for our Auntie.It was ordered on tuesday afternoon & delivered by lunchtime the following day.she was absolutely over the moon & described it as 'beautiful'

I have been looking for a smaller pine wardrobe that could be used to store away my vacuum & carpet cleaners in the hallway,as there is no cupboard anywhere in my house.until now,the only ones I could find were either too big or inferior quality.
This product was delivered promptly only 1 week after ordering & I also received a call from the delivery driver the day before to advise me of the time slot.The only small critiscm is that the bottom 3 - 4in of the packaging was soaking wet as if it had been left standing outside before it was delivered,Luckily,it was well wrapped inside & the wood was unaffected.
My husband found it very straightforward to put together & commented on the quality of the wood & fitments.It is exactly what I wanted & matches other pine pieces we already have.Thankyou !!

We wanted to order some flowers to be delivered to our Auntie the same day,after we heard the night before that our Uncle had passed away.The order was placed approx 9am in the morning & she rang to say a beautiful bouquet had been delivered just over 3 hours later.would not hesitate to use this service again,even though the £7.95 delivery charge for same day delivery is quite steep

Having seen an article on KRS in The Mail on Sunday,I realised that equity release could be the solution to mum's problem of moving to a more expensive county (Leicester to Rutland) & not having sufficient funds to renovate the property she wanted.
From first contact;when I rang to enquire on her behalf about the scheme,I was extremely impressed by the courteous & friendly manner of the staff.Our advisor was knowledgable & helpful in guiding mum & myself through the process,and made everything as straightforward as possible.we were never under any pressure,nor did we get the 'hard sell' which very often blights the purchase of goods & services.
Be advised though,that both KRS & Aviva make their own seperate charges for supplying the scheme,so you will not end up the amount that you apply for.
