Been with BT for years, but when the salesperson Michael offered us fibre to the house for less than half the price of BT and 1000 as opposed to 25 Mbs we jumped at it. Oli, Nicola, T and Charlie arrived 10 days later on the specified date and were thoroughly polite and professional. They got us up and running very quickly despite the roadworks outside the house making access to the telegraph pole less than straightforward. Excellent all round, and the broadband had been fast and reliable.

Defective battery was replaced immediately without issue. Dealt with extremely promptly and courteously. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

There was some delay (a week or so more than advertised) on my order, but, to be fair Katie dealt with my queries very promptly. Wooden discs were accurately cut and just what I needed.

Having read the other reviews on here I sent my Ipad air 2 off on a monday to MED for a battery replacement. By tuesday it had been tested and sent for repair, and on thursday morning I received it back beautifully packaged with a new battery fitted. Great, professional service at a very reasonable price.

I ordered a Beech Worktop on a monday evening for delivery on the wednesday and received confirmation the following day of a delivery slot between 9-12 am on the wednesday. The 2 man delivery team duly phoned at at 9.30 am and arrived as promised at 10. They were very helpful and courteous and the work top was in perfect condition. Overall, a first class experience with Worktop Express whom I would highly recommend.
