Our local store is low on stock

Our local store is low on stock. Lamb Shanks out of stock, now back in but were £16 now £18! Big increase.
Only take card payments. No Lamb casserole in stock. Food nice but M&S just as good and cheaper.
Had a 15% off voucher but as prices have increased just paid the pre increase price.
She wanted to take my postcode, I said i don;t give it out, if that's a requirement for using the voucher I'll go elsewhere.

If I do not use a mobile phone or apps

If I do not use a mobile phone or apps, how do i access this new discount scheme they show on TV.

I have a laptop and it will not let me sign into it. There's problems with it.'
All geared up to those who live on their phones. Discrimination at its worse.

Been trying over last few days to get into nectar account. Keeps saying cant sign in. Thought i could nominate these discount items on my card online instead. Does not work.

Asked me to contact them on Facebook/X private message. Don't use those things so can't

Used to get an email reminder to pay my statement. Now do not get any reminder. only just realised I've not paid Sept 8 payment. Just did it.

Why not reminders now? Used to get a statement in post but not now.

Trying to access M&S sale clothing…

Trying to access M&S sale clothing online, Particularly some joggers I've seen in store, want a bigger size.
Website is pushing all other brands (non M&S) onto me. I want to see ONLY M&S sale items. I do not want other brands only M&S. Can't find them at all. How do i isolate M&S sale items only and look at those. Shops do not stock anything over an 18.

Just joined AA again this year. Tried getting plastic membership cards as i do not use a mobile phone. wifes one is basic with no internet used. Online chat said no cards available. how do i access membership no's etc. not all into phones you know.

Ordered a 3m awning yesterday

Ordered a 3m awning yesterday, had trouble trying to pay. Got an email saying they'd taken £80 from my card, no order no or delivery given, Said I had 30 mins to order for next day delivery.
Tried ringing them to chase it up but I don't have an order no. Going round and round in circles chasing it.

I brought a suede handbag from Horsham…

I brought a suede handbag from Horsham branch. Lovely bag. A few weeks late the side handle stitching just gave up the ghost. It fell to the ground, good job I realised as would have lost cards, car keys etc. the stitching had torn thru the material and handle came off. i went back with receipt and they thankfully swapped it for another one, Which after a few weeks has just done exactly the same thing! I will re returning for a full refund this time.
I find their clothes are not as good a quality as White Stuff are. A top i got recently has faded after a few washes, has a small hole in it as well.

Please ditch EVRI as your delivery people. They just leave items on our doormat outside our front door. Did not even bother to knock on door. We were in as well. Only saw online it had been delivered.

Asked about which other Dehumidifiers…

Asked about which other Dehumidifiers they had besides the Dawwoo ones in store in Horsham today as I bought a new kettle. the young bloke on the counter completely ignored my two questions on them.
He was only interested in getting me to fill in the online survey, he also said i get another years warranty 2 years in total, where does it say that?
Complete numpty.

EDIT+ I eventually bought a dehumidifier but from ARGOS instead. Been put off buying from R Dyas now.

Still can't clear tables quickly and…

Still can't clear tables quickly and wash them down! Sevenoaks as per usual.
Tables piled with crockery, food crumbs underneath. Once they run out of crockery (because it's all sitting on the tables!) they revert to paper cups. Which i hate! Someone eventually comes in and clears the tables, quickly, but! Never cleans the tables so littered with liquid stains, crumbs etc and on the floor, especially when kids were sitting there. i regularly have to remove two trays with crockery to somewhere else to get a table,. Even then it's filthy. I pay £9 for a cake and coffee there. Not cheap! Get some staff on it. Should be at the forefront of your business. Clearing and cleaning the tables quickly. Get someone on it as a full time job. Plenty of staff behind counter today, 6 at least. No one clearing tables though. Sometimes chatting while in the middle of a battlefield of dirty tables!

Sevenoaks Branch

Sevenoaks Branch: what's happened to this place? Escalator (down) not been working for weeks. Fridge downstairs been broken for months.
No small trollies available. did not buy cat food as planned.
Toilet rolls the worse rubbish I've ever seen.
Hardly any staff.
Place is really going down the tubes. Cheaper food in M&S.
Staff all miserable, can't crack a smile or a hello to customers. I think they'd rather you dropped dead instead?

Sevenoaks Gails

Sevenoaks Gails. One member of staff doing coffees. One on counter, she was printing out Deliveroo orders and bagging those up while we were standing there waiting to be served, by now quite a queue waiting.
I started moaning about doing orders whilst customers queuing for coffees etc.
She took my order and said 'no crockery available, can u have a paper cup? I said is crockery washer not working? She said staff had not turned up, no one to wash it all up. I said the amount of money you charge and you can't get staff?
Tables were strewn with old food and cups, I had to clear my table, tables that were empty were dirty.
It's always dirty in there, food on floor, tables never get washed down after clearing.
Eventually someone cleared some tables and washed one, only because customers asked her to.
Come on Gails -- you are expensive, although do best coffees and cakes around. Pity we have to sit in filth to enjoy it all!

Had two £100 tyres fitted on sons car…

Had two £100 tyres fitted on sons car yesterday. Usually excellent service but on this occasion, don't know if tyre fitter was new, the manager went off before he finished our tyres and he finished them off.
When driving home after 10 minutes, tyre pressure warning came up. Drove home carefully and when home, checked tyres.
Left front was 44 psi, right one was 32 psi. Definitely wrong pressures for the left front one.
Obviously thats why warning came up.
Car is VW Polo. pressure should be 32 on fronts.

Bring back our bogrolls!

All now quilted toilet rolls in Waitrose. WHY?

All half the size, weight, length. Last half as long as the original ones.

Even M&S now only selling quilted toilet rolls.

I do not want quilted toilet rolls they are fill of air!

Seems I'm not the only moaning about them. they are an utter rip off!

Seems Waitrose is going down the pan quickly.

UPDATE! Thanks for your reply but it does not wash. Everyone on here's moaning about them. They are absolute crap! Poundland rolls are better.

Quite a few complaints on here about…

Quite a few complaints on here about your 'new, improved' toilet rolls. I've stopped buying the 'new improved/ toilet rolls. Cheaper they may be but last half as long and are all quilted now.
Better toilet rolls in Poundland!
Why are all your staff miserable lately? Do they hate working there now? i notice hardly any customers in Sevenoaks cafe or shop.
Not surprised looking at prices and quality. Will stick with good 'ol M&S for good now.
What idiot decided to change a long stocked popular item like the toilet rolls?

What's happened to your toilet rolls…

What's happened to your toilet rolls Waitrose? All seem to be soft quilted ones, really small and rubbish quality. Why have you changed them all to quilted. I do not want quilted at all.

M&S it is then for everything now (except your fresh orange juice).

EDIT: They are not the same quality, having used some yesterday, they only last half the time of the old ones. I still have the old ones in use and they are twice the size, weight and quality of the substitute ones. they are rubbish and not value for money. Others have complained about them on here already about them. You'll lose even more customers. M&S it is for toilet rolls in future then!

Really quick delivery and top service…

Really quick delivery and top service as per usual.
Pity about EVRI who despite the package being the size to post thru letterbox it was just left on the top of our outside cupboard. We have a cupboard it could have been left in or put thru letterbox.
Easy to steal them.
