Signed me up to a subscription without asking (deliberatly very small not obvious check box they ticked and you have to spot it and untick it) then spent emails back and forth offering me discounts rther than a refund now are telling me I have to pay for registered shipping back to the USA from the UK despite me cancelling the order before they even sent it out. Absolutely thieves.

Absolute scam. I bought a one off pot of Pumpkin Seed Oil and the next thing i know they are taking another payment out of my account because they have "subscribed" me to monthly deliveries. This was absolutely not apparent on their website. Ive emailed about getting a refund but haven't had any reply as yet. Avoid.

Lovely quality photo but the proportion isn't great. There is a large section of scabby gym roofing visible which is almost as much as the width of people lined up in the photo. This could have been cropped and more of the photo given over to the people.

I named a star for my mum's 70th birthday which was quite close to Christmas but they managed to reassure me and send it out on time. There was a slight error in the name which was my fault but the email communication was excellent and it was rectified straight away and even the amended version got out to me on time! Great friendly service and great communication from the team.

Ive been trying to find specific sized types of shoe on line for months. Most websites are out of date. They *annoyingly* let you place the order and for a day or two you think the item is coming then you get an e.mail saying "sorry out of stock" your payment has been refunded! Its very frustrating, so it was nice to go to a store that was up to date! Plus the shoes arrived very quickly.
